PK has been impressive tonight. Flyers get their scoring from a bunch of role players. Sabres have stopped the Flyer top line when 5 on 5. The lack of ability to score is the greatest weakness for the Sabres.

 

Moulson on a line with Scott. :w00t:

 

We need Kaleta back.

Moulson has disappeared since his first game. Look to see him shipped out at the trade dead line.

Molson has 9 points in 10 games with the Sabres.

Perfect douche to ice the empty net.... I'm not seeing many positives tonight, our compete level was there for Maybe 20 minutes, and we were outclassed by the flyers for most of the game...

 

But there is hope

I seriously can watch the losses and still feel hope because we have a new regime in charge. Darcy put this pile of ###### together. It'll take some time to ge the smell out.

No one expect Ted to turn $hit into Gold this season did they? This team still sucks but like I said before I see possible playoffs in 3-5 years. Closer to 5 years. By the time u draft and then develop. Anyone else seeing Moulson as a non-factor? Adam needs to hire a skating coach in the worst possible way if he wants any shot at being in the NHL for years to come. His skating is like Mancari good enough for the AHL level.

6 points in first 4 games and 3 since. Thus....he has disappeared.

I still don't see him in the Sabres long term plans. Get a younger player or two for him.

I'm not gonna baste the new regime... They have not had time to evaluate the players and they need to experiment a little to get a good feel. We don't have the talent to compete in the league right now and it's blatantly obvious..

 

I'm hoping patty and company make swift decision in the coming months and get this thing righted.

You must be talking about Moulson. I don't see him in the long term plans either.

 

 

 

I'm not gonna baste the new regime... They have not had time to evaluate the players and they need to experiment a little to get a good feel. We don't have the talent to compete in the league right now and it's blatantly obvious..

 

I'm hoping patty and company make swift decision in the coming months and get this thing righted.

I think this is going to take years to clean up. I'm leaning more towards 5 years before we see playoffs again. By the time u draft and develop.

5 years until playoffs? If that is the case, then Lofantiane should just be fired now.....

Well how long u think its gonna take? Even if u draft 1st overall and get Reinhart I don't see him stepping in and contributing. All of these kids drafted in the next 2 years are gonna need at least 2-4 years to develop unless u get McDavid and he's still gonna need alittle time. Not many first rounders are impact players right away. Plus u figure Miller, Moulson, and Ott possibly could be on the way out. Looks what's left. Don't expect miracles people.

miracles, no. Finishing in the top 8 of 16 once in the next 5 years, Christ, they better.

Grigo's FO percentage is indeed a bright spot. On a team that is horrendous at it I will give him kudo's for this.

Take a look at the players they have in the system. Besides Armia they lack any real 1st line players that are going to make an impact soon. I'm guessing if Moulson is moved they are gonna trade him for a young prospect. They can't keep on trading for just picks and expect to turn this thing around quickly. Now look at the current defense in 3 years. Tallinder, McBain, possibly Weber will all will be gone. Plus who knows if Myers will have his head in it. He has played better under Nolan but not worth that contract. They have basically a second line who is their first line. I just don't see this thing getting turned around quickly. The only thing that is keeping this team further ahead of an expansion team is all the picks in the next 2 drafts and the last draft.
