If John Scott goes after Kessel, that is BS. If Drew Stafford does, it's a fair match.

 

I want to see the gif file with Kessl swinging a purse and Staff smashing a guitar over his head (a la Pete Townsend) :D

Is this the first time all season that the GDT has hit four pages prior to the opening faceoff?

 

I think the opener was pretty good, but it started early. Lately it's been a fight to get the GDT to 4 pages during the game. The rest of the pages are typically afterthoughts and bickering.

 

Glad to see an upswing in Sabres country.

Either of you go to see the Smashing Pumpkins at the Aud, just before it closed? It was the last, or maybe second last concert there.

I am so geeked up about the recent changes and the Toronto series that I watched every interview with Coach Nolan and Pat Lafontaine twice.

 

We are in for a knock down drag out hockey game tonight; like one of the Sabres family said,"Drop the Damn puck".

 

I can't remember Cody McCormmick being so fired up to play hockey; Cody and Hank looked like two big kids getting ready to open up Christmas presents.

 

Let's Go Buffalo!

who is downtown? need an update...place should be cranking pretty good right about now..man would love to be at the Pearl ...and to think on Tuesday i was watching VCU and UB before i got to the Sabre game.

I know many have already said it, but man, I am excited about tonights game! Haven't been this excited since the start of the short 2013 season. Probably not a good comparison to use, but it does show I wasn't in to what the Sabres brought to the table when this season started. Not expecting a win, but hoping the Sabres bring a lot of energy to tonight's game. Let's go Buffalo!

I was down there at 4:00 and it was already starting to fill up with people, good day for the downtown bars.
