uggh, techically germany didn't start the war, the war got started when Ferdinand of the austria hungarian empire got shot in in serbia.

Reason for this was because some very powerfull, rich german and belgian industrials had the plan to skip the suez channel and start a eurasian railroad.

Wich would have sidelined some of the most powerfull families still running the show.

Their companies still excist, but guess in who's hands they are now ?

It was a war started for territories and resources. Oil, coal, diamonds, gold ... you name it, companies like debeers wouldn't excist anymore without WWI and closing the door on those german and belgian industrials.

PM on the way.

Looking fwd to seeing those fantastic Corsi numbers for the 1st period.

I wish they would only show them if we are in the plus; I don't want to understand when they're playing like Sh**.

Sooo, You're saying you never want to see Corsi numbers.

Whatever it takes, just as long as they don't depress me with analytics. ;)

Let's Go Buffalo!

They just had to do it; -18, great.

Give me another.

The best thing about the Corsi numbers is that he supposedly invented them to gauge goaltender workload.

Somehow, with Corsi as coach the past decade plus....Lindy still managed to play Miller 48 straight games as his weight plummeted from 182 to 163.....

I have no idea what nefarious relationships are involved with this crew anymore.....

Yeah, you're not getting away with that one without some backup, Drane!

Did the Sabres' brass say hard to play against or hard to watch?

I think DR said hard to play against, but he was looking at his watch.

In addition to be vastly inexperienced, our young guys don't seem to have an abundance of talent, either.

So, you know, we got that going for us.

GO SABRES!!!

This post is going to get me through the season.
Its therapy; hang in there people, we can hanggg, hiccup. :w00t:

Wow, that was funny; RJ diving to the ground like a granade was thrown in his box.

We need to see RJ downstairs more often.

Is Stafford playing tonight?

Who?

Like Bob Marley said, "No passing, no cry."

GO SABRES!!!

Pass the dutchie to the left hand side. Bob would be rolling a fat one at this point in the game.

What was that disaster of our anthem?

That's what's known as "signing with your head voice" as opposed to signing in you "chest voice". In men, it's falsetto (80s hair band). In women, it sounds like that. It would have been OK had she better pitch though.
