Is it just me, or is this the 2nd best game they've played all year, despite the score?

They've looked very good. Tropp was so close to scoring a little bit ago.

I don't know if they can sustain this game style, but they better try to.

It has been pretty bad hasn't it? Gotta love it.

I love Corey Tropp's complete disregard for self preservation, but holy crap he's not going to have a long career if he keeps it up.

I think that's his point.

Sorry to say, but Tropp has had a string of crappy things happen to him; its almost like he thinks, if he doesn't go for it now, he may never make it.

Turnovers, sloppy play; I really think the talk about "playing in the NHL is an honor" was directed at Hodgson.

I hate being the broken record type, I really do, but that guy plays every game like it's the first exhibition game of the season.

He plays like a spoiled child. I have spoiled children, I know what that looks like.

I'm just happy to see some organized hockey mixed in with some effort. Once you have that, you can work on the rest.

Oh wow i want to see that myers fight :D

Myers had no clue how to do it. First he dropped his stick and then started hugging him. Then he dropped his gloves and yanked on the dude's collar. Then he missed a couple punches and fell over.

Myers had some swagger back in his game tonight, maybe Cody'll teach him how to fight.

Well to Regier he's at least worth 4 million a season. Unbelievable

I'm not arguing with you. I'm just a little curious what a "worthless" player might bring in return

I wouldn't say they were very good tonight. Just competent enough to keep from being blown out, but they regressed offensively big time. I saw the familiar uninspired zone entry, sloppy passing, and pathetic unorganized powerplay we've seen so many times before. With Ehrhoff missing in the third, they didn't even have the wide shot from the point to potentially grab on the carom. It was just more insecure fiddling with the puck until they coughed it up or screwed up the pass back to the D. The first period was largely enjoyable at least.
