hockeyhound Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 I wish Myers would play a little bit more his size. I have to give RR some credit; for a guy that is supposed to be over his head, he definitely seems to be turning it around.
Hoss Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 This team really looks primed for a run to another mediocre draft pick. Consistency.
... Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 I would trade Hodgson and Moulson for first round picks and rely on those picks as a means for trading up. I would keep Myers, and, surprise, Stafford. Trade Miller for a first round pick. Stock up during the draft and off-season, and go to town next season. I think the youngsters will be ready.
SabreFX Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 I wish Myers would play a little bit more his size. Agree, but he's gun-shy. He gets suspended when he does. That's the problem with having your elbow at the same level as everybody's head. What the hell was the call on Stafford!?
SwampD Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 Agree, but he's gun-shy. He gets suspended when he does. That's the problem with having your elbow at the same level as everybody's head. Plus, he already got a penalty for playing hockey tonight.

Trade Risto, Grigs and Girgs for 1st rounders. They've got too much experience as it is.
SwampD Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 The music at the Staples Centre is LOUD. The crowd sure isn't.
JJFIVEOH Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 I'd trade two 1st round picks for two other 1st round picks, just to say we made moves.
... Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 Trade Risto, Grigs and Girgs for 1st rounders. They've got too much experience as it is. Whatever. Some day people will wake up and see these guys for what they are. All you have to do is watch some good teams play each other to realize they play a soft game. At the same time you'll see the similarities in the intensity of the Sabres young players with the intensity of players on good teams.
josie Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 Wow. Well. Didn't see that coming. Good to see Myers showing some kind of emotion.
darksabre Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 Glad to see Myers jump a guy for a borderline hit on Cody. That's what we need.
Ghost of Dwight Drane Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 MYERS DROPS THE GLOVES!!! :w00t: Holy crap!......the Shrink must have shocked some daddy/mommy issues out of him. Good for Tyler.
sabre snipe Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 i have faith myers will figure it out one day...hes starting to get it
... Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 They stunk up this second period, but this whole sequence with Myers sticking up for McCormick, and then the kids crowding around Ott for a quick chat warm my heart.
JJFIVEOH Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 That is the best penalty Myers has ever taken.
hockeyhound Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 I wouldn't be heart broken if the Kings score on the PP; Myers, wow, playing hockey, sticking up for McCormick. Let's Go Buffalo! Bring it!
Ghost of Dwight Drane Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 The last time this team woke up was on a western road trip a few years ago.....Myers had his only fight against the Ducks. Maybe we can package him and Millsie to California?
kishoph Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 This officiating crew makes NFL officials look competent. How does Myers get a holding penalty by grabbing someone to fight ? I lost count of how many interference calls the Kings have gotten away with.

I love Corey Tropp's complete disregard for self preservation, but holy crap he's not going to have a long career if he keeps it up.
hockeyhound Posted November 8, 2013 Report Posted November 8, 2013 Battling :clapping: Let's Go Buffalo!
