I know the broadcast team is a little heavy at this point (in terms of staffing), but this guy must immediately become part of the franchise's plans, in some shape or form.

 

And WGR also has to have its feelers out there.

 

Who doesn't like listening to Marty talk, and talk, and talk? Whoever that person is, I don't want to know them.

My wife's co-favourite NHL player. Says the downfall of the team came when they traded away Marty. Great guy, never lived up to his first round billing but great human being. Wish you all the best in retirement Marty.

Marty was not as talented as Miller but he was a better at not being an over wrought, emotional, diva. Marty was a good interview and well liked.

That didn't take long

 

Refreshing lockerroom interview, but I don't want to hear him babble on the broadcasts. The voice is pretty annoying too. I speak for a lot of people, I bet.
