That puck looked like it deflected of the defenseman, the broadcast team is terrible and can't catch anything or just don't comment and leave things unclear.

I dunno, too bad about Girgs, hope he's okay, but not a bad 1st period. Considering it's the second night of a back-to-back and they're playing on the road against a team who hasn't played since Saturday, I like the overall effort so far.

 

The Isles took it to them early but it looks like the game slowed down a bit for Bflo as the period went on. I'm probably wrong more than I'm right about this team these days, but I think Buffalo is going to win this game.
