I'm trying to be as positive about Stafford as I can.

 

I positively hate him. :P

Stafford is invisible in the defensive zone and unless he has the puck he is invisible in the offensive zone... I can't figure out what he actually brings.

I have Dave Strader instead of Doc Emerick on the west coast. Let me tell you that Dave Strader is so much better than Doc Emerick. They have a better flow to the game without Eddie O having to give his 2cents every minute while the play is going on. Plus all I think of with Doc is the freaking New Jersey Devils since he loves that team, the homer he is.

They messed them up because they were messed up by the Sabres. I saw some shots, but I didn't see many scoring chances,… and there's a difference.

Stafford actually looks noticeable in a good way with Foligno out there doing the dirty work Stafford never wants to do.

I have to admit that Stafford is showing signs of life; good job Stafford.

Not really still hangs out inside his own blue line and doesn't help D clear the zone. Also, still not going into corners to take a hit. Yes he has some nice moves, but guy isn't showing any speed or hustle. Sabres are getting out skilled and out worked. Their counter attack is the only chance, but they are not getting enough chances and hickuping on the one's they have a chance on. Stafford out of gas... really and Kaleta getting ahead of himself... At least he is skating.

Ennis - 2 mins for holding that guys fist with his face.

 

I just went back and watched that, the guy nailed him in the face at least 2 good times, I guess the refs had their eyes focused on Ennis's arms and not his face getting pummeled.

You may hate him, but he's right. I'm starting to think that he is Ghost, because he said exactly what Ghost has posted about Hodgson during the break (going into the boards with someone).
