Eleven Posted November 24, 2013 Report Posted November 24, 2013 Wings in a slump, no Datsyuk, Gustavsson starting...this has all the makings of a game the Sabres can win but will lose. In spite of my better judgment, I'm going to put 200 on the Sabres. This is why I am staying away. I really want to bet Detroit today. Quote
wjag Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 1300 lost on Buffalo today by all bettors.. only 200 made on Detroit by two bettors. @1720 now... Quote
TrueBlueGED Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 I should have listened to myself. Down to 2100. Quote
Eleven Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 (edited) I should have listened to myself. Down to 2100. I should have listened to myself, too. It's called "regr-bet." Or not bet, in my case, but an untaken gain is as bad as a loss in this sort of contest. Edited November 25, 2013 by Eleven Quote
Drunkard Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 I think based on the ratios I won 25 dollars on my 40 dollar bet on Detroit so I believe I'm up to 65. Quote
Wyldnwoody44 Posted November 25, 2013 Report Posted November 25, 2013 Down to 805, seriously boring game today.... I should know better.... With 9 minutes left I debated leaving, but stuck with it Quote

Ghost of Dwight Drane Posted November 27, 2013 Author Report Posted November 27, 2013 Havent made my bet this month. At 555. 160 on Les Habitants. Thanks for pointing that out. Everyone needs to make at least 1 wager per month to stay active for the grand prize. Quote
Drunkard Posted November 27, 2013 Report Posted November 27, 2013 (edited) At 65 and I'll go all in on the Candiens. I think that would net me 40 dollars and put me up to 105 if the Habs win and put me out if the Sabres win. Edited November 27, 2013 by Drunkard Quote
tom webster Posted November 27, 2013 Report Posted November 27, 2013 At $200, I will put 150 on Buffalo Quote

wjag Posted November 28, 2013 Report Posted November 28, 2013 @1820.. GoDD I was looking at Vegas lines, see what you've done to me? Anyway, the consensus line for today's Ottawa-Vancouver is Ottawa -110 Vancouver -110 How does that work? Quote
Eleven Posted November 28, 2013 Report Posted November 28, 2013 (edited) @1820.. GoDD I was looking at Vegas lines, see what you've done to me? Anyway, the consensus line for today's Ottawa-Vancouver is Ottawa -110 Vancouver -110 How does that work? Just as you'd imagine it works. There's no favorite for this game right now. The odds for the two teams can move independently of one another. If money starts coming heavy on one side of that bet, it will move (just like the LA Kings line moved dramatically a few weeks ago).
