LGR4GM Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 http://www.nhl.com/i...on.htm?team=BUF looks like I will be in Nashville March 27th
spndnchz Posted July 19, 2013 Author Report Posted July 19, 2013 Wild at Sabres Monday Oct 14th. Hey Pommers! 12 games on NBC/NBCSN I count 13 back to back games for the Sabres.
LGR4GM Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 Why are we in the Atlantic division? Seriously who named them?
spndnchz Posted July 19, 2013 Author Report Posted July 19, 2013 Why are we in the Atlantic division? Seriously who named them? Better than "Metropolitan". Why not "mountainous" or "Uptown and downtown"?
JJFIVEOH Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 5 of the last 17 are at home? Nice............ WTF!
spndnchz Posted July 19, 2013 Author Report Posted July 19, 2013 Maybe the "hicks" or "trailer park" dvisions?
apuszczalowski Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 5 of the last 17 are at home? Nice............ WTF! is it really going to matter?Guess it would probably help their playoff run if they had the chance to play in the electric environment that is the FnC Center to end the season
LastPommerFan Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 Why are we in the Atlantic division? Seriously who named them? Because 2 of the 8 teams are on the Atlantic.
LGR4GM Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 Because 2 of the 8 teams are on the Atlantic. You are right makes TOTAL SENSE! :wallbash: why is the NHL so dumb? Interestingly the Metro division has more teams on or near the Atlantic... Philly, NYR, NYI, NJD, Washington... I think Carolina, Pitts, and Columbus are the only 3 not within spitting distance of the coast. Also was called the Atlantic division. Hell we should be the great lakes division and the 2 florida teams can suck it. Sorry I am grumpy and tired today... carry on go Sabres

JJFIVEOH Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 is it really going to matter? Guess it would probably help their playoff run if they had the chance to play in the electric environment that is the FnC Center to end the season I like to think it will. I don't go into the start of the season automatically writing them off. It defeats the purpose of entertainment.
etiennep99 Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 Adams, Patrick, Norris, Smythe. These work for me. Atlantic for us is totally MORONIC. The NHL is so pathetic sometimes --oftentimes -- usually -- always.
spndnchz Posted July 19, 2013 Author Report Posted July 19, 2013 https://soundcloud.c...o/crosbymetro … Crosby reaction. "ha ha ha. Really?"
dudacek Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 Adams Division please. NHL really misses the boat.
WildCard Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 is it really going to matter? Guess it would probably help their playoff run if they had the chance to play in the electric environment that is the FnC Center to end the season If we keep Miller and Vanek all season, and their contract/trade talks don't distract the team, I wouldn't be all too shocked if they made a run at ninth, just missing out...again (or whatever the cut line is for the playoffs this year)
Stoner Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 Better than "Metropolitan". Why not "mountainous" or "Uptown and downtown"? Metropolitan is NYC-centric. Mets? Hello? Bad call by the league. Nothing to see here.

... Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 Any idea whether the low number of back to back has to do with realignment or simply kind scheduling? Is it low? Does anyone recall what the Sabres considered a high number of back to backs? 13 seems somewhat high to me.
LGR4GM Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 Is it low? Does anyone recall what the Sabres considered a high number of back to backs? 13 seems somewhat high to me. I think they had 23 or something the last full season
K-9 Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 That is seriously fuggin' funny. Or maybe it's just me. GO SABRES!!!
... Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 I think they had 23 or something the last full season Oof. Well then, that's an improvement if your number is correct.
LGR4GM Posted July 19, 2013 Report Posted July 19, 2013 Oof. Well then, that's an improvement if your number is correct. well I get 20 when I did a quick skim recount but it is less than in the past.
