qwksndmonster Posted November 29, 2013 Report Posted November 29, 2013 The Leafs are soft. They're better than they used to be but they're not even close to a Stanley Cup contender. Quote
IKnowPhysics Posted November 29, 2013 Report Posted November 29, 2013 Buffalo: bad is the new good. And the Leafs still suck. Quote
Derrico Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 The Leafs are soft. They're better than they used to be but they're not even close to a Stanley Cup contender. But I thought we were to all be envious of their rebuild and interview all possible gms and assistant gms that have been involved in this rebuild. Quote
millbank Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 this is only end of November a long way to go this season before declaring anything. Best to take the win and be humble else karma has a way of biting you Quote

LGR4GM Posted November 30, 2013 Author Report Posted November 30, 2013 Vanek with a soft play, shocking. Vanek is the best player ever! Gosh Vanek spends his summers in Alaska hunting wolverines, hes not soft. Quote
deluca67 Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 DON'T INSULT DELUCA'S FAVORITE TEAM! AND DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT FORGETTING HOW MUCH WE SUCK! A LOT! Which one? All of the ones that aren't Buffalo, duh. Can you honestly say you have been a "fan" of the product this franchise has produced in recent years? If this franchise did a better job of producing an entertaining product I wouldn't have to look to other teams for entertaining quality hockey. Quote

Does he get extra credit for getting stick and puck in there? He did miss the trifecta of puck, stick and self. Edited November 30, 2013 by wjag Quote

It's why I bought game center. But that doesn't mean I'm going to fan boy over every other team in the league. Quote

I generally have a team that I pull for in every game, but I don't get fan boy fever over anybody but the Sabres. Quote

Mind you there are a couple teams I'd like this team to emulate but I don't cheer them on. Quote
LTS Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 Bah.. so the Sabres are bad. They have an excuse. The Leafs are still awesome at collapsing. They have no excuse. And bite me if I am supposed to be miserable because the Sabres are bad.. that's THEIR problem. I only have to choose to watch the game or not. Quote

Hoss Posted November 30, 2013 Report Posted November 30, 2013 The Wild miss Cal Clutterbuck I was surprised when they dealt him away. He's a good player and a fan favorite. But getting Nino for him was a very good deal. Have to think we could've made that deal and then some using Ott. Quote

darksabre Posted December 1, 2013 Report Posted December 1, 2013 Weird night in the NHL. Pavelski wins it in the shootout despite stopping completely before shooting. I no longer understand the shootout. Quote
