darksabre Posted June 22, 2013 Report Posted June 22, 2013 Did anybody ask Lindy how much input he had into the roster in Buffalo? That question has been asked before and the only answer we have is that he had input of some indeterminate degree. Lindy was always pretty quiet about his job details.
Jsixspd Posted June 22, 2013 Report Posted June 22, 2013 I'm having sellers remorse seeing Lindy go to Dallas. I'd have preferred firing Darcy over this result. Yep. The poor quality of the team is more a reflection on Regier than Ruff. Regier is just a weaselly little weasel.
Stoner Posted June 22, 2013 Report Posted June 22, 2013 Yep. The poor quality of the team is more a reflection on Regier than Ruff. Regier is just a weaselly little weasel. So little a reflection on Ruff that you'd want him back? We can't do better than him?
Jsixspd Posted June 23, 2013 Report Posted June 23, 2013 So little a reflection on Ruff that you'd want him back? We can't do better than him? Not really...but I am convinced most of the blame is Regier's. He should have gone first
bunomatic Posted June 23, 2013 Report Posted June 23, 2013 Does the Lindy Ruff watch have Mickey Mouse hands ?
drnkirishone Posted June 23, 2013 Report Posted June 23, 2013 Does the Lindy Ruff watch have Mickey Mouse hands ? +1
inkman Posted June 23, 2013 Report Posted June 23, 2013 Does the Lindy Ruff watch have Mickey Mouse hands ? No little hockey sticks. The numbers are faces of 2012 prospects. The watch continuously reenacts the Lindy stick wagging incident. Luke Adam is trying to buy up all the watches.
G-Daddy Posted June 24, 2013 Report Posted June 24, 2013 Not really...but I am convinced most of the blame is Regier's. He should have gone first Agreed, but Tpegs loves him. And I'm guessing Ruff is gone after three years in Dallas. Rolston, otoh is in for the long haul through multiple rebuilds.
Doohicksie Posted June 24, 2013 Report Posted June 24, 2013 Baloney. Ruff was fired by the Sabres' weasel-in-chief and forced to go elsewhere. He would have stayed here if he could. I bet Lindy will get a warm welcome when the Stars play at Buffalo.
Ghost of Dwight Drane Posted June 24, 2013 Report Posted June 24, 2013 I bet Lindy will get a warm welcome when the Stars play at Buffalo. For sure....heck, I'd clap for him. Stand?.....maybe if it was a humid night and my boxers were wedged.....
spndnchz Posted June 25, 2013 Author Report Posted June 25, 2013 For sure....heck, I'd clap for him. Stand?.....maybe if it was a humid night and my boxers were wedged..... Who are you kidding your boxers are always wedged by you standing at attention to the left.
wjag Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 Would have made for an interesting side story if Derek Roy had not been traded to the Canucks.
Jsixspd Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 Oh yeah, Lindy at long last reunited with his 'adopted son' Roy. Would have brought a tear to my eye - a tear of laughter.
X. Benedict Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 For sure....heck, I'd clap for him. Stand?.....maybe if it was a humid night and my boxers were wedged..... So, not commando?
