plenzmd1 Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 So sayeth a poster on OTW of the Bills board. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/157757-ryan-miller-puts-his-buffalo-house-up-for-sale/ Now, i do not know how to know that is Millers house, but the poster is not one to make chit up
Eleven Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 I have independent confirmation of this from someone who knows next to nothing about hockey, but who knows an awful lot about realty.
Miller30 Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 Just read it on Business First http://www.bizjournals.com/buffalo/blog/morning_roundup/2013/04/sabres-miller-puts-condo-up-for-sale.html?ana=e_buff_rdup&s=newsletter&ed=2013-04-26&u=zgCE163yMoaHzJR6cvPjo5eBmsI
HopefulFuture Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 If true, not really surprising. I have to wonder if the information is correct and it's based on him leaving Buffalo if he asked for a trade or was told to expect to be traded by Regier. That is the interesting point to me.
wonderbread Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 Vogl has it linked in his twitter account as well.
spndnchz Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 Again, it's not uncommon for players to do this.
Sabre Dance Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 Although Miller has not burned any bridges yet, he sure seems to be soaking them down with gasoline....
darksabre Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 Why would he preemptively sell his house? I love rumor mongering.
Eleven Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 That his house is listed doesn't mean that he's leaving. Well, it means that he's leaving the house, I suppose. As for the timing, if I were about to embark on what I presume is a nice two-month vacation with my wife, and I knew I was going to sell my house, I'd want to have it listed before I left.
Ghost of Dwight Drane Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 How long does it take to get the smell of patchouli out of the walls?.......
Eleven Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 How long does it take to get the smell of patchouli out of the walls?....... Please. He's an emo, not a hippie.
Eleven Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 Also: Is Miller's house average? Please debate.
tom webster Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 Also: Is Miller's house average? Please debate. I think its "slightly" above average but the upstairs windows don't line up. One seems slightly lower then the other. On the plus side, garbage gets picked up twice a week because the garbage men are either afraid or in awe of him, not sure which. One other possible problem, garage door seems to go down a little too fast sometimes and at the worst possible moment.
LastPommerFan Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 Also: Is Miller's house average? Please debate. 2700 sq ft @ over $600k is even debatable as average? I want your life.
Sabres Fan in NS Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 Also: Is Miller's house average? Please debate. Site unseen ... yes. Yes, it is only average. On occasion Miller's house will show well, boardering on elite. Overall rating, though ... average. ===== He is probably planning to move into Roy's nifty basement.

Iron Crotch Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 That one is listed as built in 2007, so it obviously isn't the first time Miller has moved. Maybe he decided to buy Pommer's old house! :P

spndnchz Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 Same realtor that is selling Pominville and Leopold's homes.
wjag Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 Same realtor that is selling Pominville and Leopold's homes. Firesale on hockey homes in Buffalo will depress the market further.
