Haha! The organist plays DM. Funny...I wish the F'N Center guy was that diverse in his selections.

Thanks. I'm on an iPod and glued to the couch.

Galaxy s3 on the crapper. Beer in hand.

Seriously, 13k for that gorgeous LeMans?

FWIW, the classic car market is a lot more accessible than the Mecum auctions makes it seem. Maybe you know that, though. My understanding is that they only televise the cream of the crop. Once in a while we see the sane prices like that Duster and the LeMans. The Duster being on the higher side of sane.

Oh without a doubt, especially with the way things have changed insofar as what is "cool". Basically any old car is worth owning which makes deals easier to find. I'm just not used to seeing such low bids on Mecum.

The Wild D can't keep the puck in the zone to save their lives.

Super long shift for Pommer's line there.

Right. I can care less what's trendy, I have my two babies which are decidedly not trendy. There's a lot of regionalism in the car market, too. Run-of-the-mill GMs are way over valued around here, for example, while you can get a similar level Mopar very reasonably.

As long as the Sabres hold a Wild draft pick, I hope they lose every game. Anyone else thinking otherwise is nucking futs.

Well, I'm out of this thread for the time being. Hopefully Pominville gets a goal at least so he feels good about himself. So far, though, Regehr is stealing the show.

He has probably $20M in the bank. I think his self esteem will hold out all right.

Talk about wash, rinse , repeat..Jason's quotes from last night

"Pominville, like former Sabres teammate Regehr, comes from the Eastern Conference but knows how difficult it is to come back against a hard-closing team like the Kings.

"Unfortunately tonight we didn't get the start we wanted," Pominville said. "We put ourselves kind of behind the eight-ball, and it's tough to battle back against a team that has won before, that knows what it takes to win and that shut the game down pretty well.

"But I think there's a lot positives to get out of the game. We shut them down to 14 shots. Besides our start, I think after that we played pretty well."
