Doohicksie Posted May 15, 2013 Author Report Posted May 15, 2013 Now, I'll have to hear even more Milbury drivel about the Bruins for another round. That's the real tragedy of it all.
Sabres Fan in NS Posted May 17, 2013 Report Posted May 17, 2013 http://youtu.be/u8GCH5qf9IY Girl on the right at 1:57 ????? Is she you? Our Chz ... a closet Leaf fan!! I knew it, I just knew it.
spndnchz Posted May 17, 2013 Report Posted May 17, 2013 ????? Is she you? Our Chz ... a closet Leaf fan!! I knew it, I just knew it. She yells "yes!" when the Bruins score.
Sabres Fan in NS Posted May 17, 2013 Report Posted May 17, 2013 She yells "yes!" when the Bruins score. You didn't answer my question.
spndnchz Posted May 17, 2013 Report Posted May 17, 2013 You didn't answer my question. There has been no time in my life where I've liked the Leafs. I don't see it in my future either.
Jsixspd Posted May 17, 2013 Report Posted May 17, 2013 The question is - is that you, yelling "Yes"?
Sabres Fan in NS Posted May 17, 2013 Report Posted May 17, 2013 The question is - is that you, yelling "Yes"? Correctamundo!! That's the real question. My plan was to throw her off with all that Leaf fan mumbo-jumbo. I think the Board has it's answer ... Chz is really a Bruin fan and a spy.
X. Benedict Posted May 17, 2013 Report Posted May 17, 2013 There has been no time in my life where I've liked the Leafs. I don't see it in my future either. That was a kind response. They questioned your integrity.

spndnchz Posted May 18, 2013 Report Posted May 18, 2013 Anyone see this? http://forums.sabrespace.com/topic/21511-is-it-too-early-to-bust-on-toronto/page__st__120#entry483767
Jsixspd Posted May 31, 2013 Report Posted May 31, 2013 So which would have been better? For the Sabres to make the playoff as did the Leafs, and then melt-down in historic, embarrassing, unprecedented fashion? Or simply go quietly, with a semblance of dignity as they did at the end of the regular season, into that Good Night?

Leaf fans can at least look at next season and talk about which moves need to be made to make the Leafs a Cup contender. What do we as Sabre fans have to look forward to? It's going to get much worse before it gets better.

Over the long haul I'd rather have the better team.

The Leafs are more fun to watch than what they had on the ice for the last 9 years.
thesportsbuff Posted May 31, 2013 Report Posted May 31, 2013 So I guess the correct answer to this thread was, "No. It's never too early to bust on Toronto."

Not on a different level better, but marginally so.
