WildCard
I think the bottom of the third just took over half an hour. Price coming in with 1 out and the bases loaded to get two infield pop outs was impressive. He's still a douchebag though

JujuFish
I was really looking forward to the thousands of Yankee dbags I deal with to finally shut their pie holes with their 26 rings crap. Nope they are just going to be good forever I guess. In a perfect world, both the Yankees and Red Sox would go disappear for a decade or two. inkman
In a perfect world, both the Yankees and Red Sox would go disappear for a decade or two. I'd be OK with that as I wouldn't have to deal with all the Yankees dbags

Don't worry, the Red Sox have a solid habit of disappearing for decades at a time anyways
JujuFish
Kudos to the Yankees for getting to Kluber. Most earned runs allowed all season.

JujuFish
Starting pitchers have been terrible throughout the postseason so far. With the exception of Keuchel I think I don't know, Trevor Bauer tied the longest no-hitter attempt in Yankees history yesterday, going 5.1 innings before getting hit. JujuFish
Ah you're right, my mistake. Didn't really watch the game yesterday The announcer in the game a few minutes ago did say, however, that the top 3 AL pitchers by ERA, Kluber+Sale+Severino, have combined for 8 innings and 16? runs allowed this postseason. Yikes.

JujuFish
On the one hand, I love seeing the Tribe come back to win after being down 8-3. On the other hand, the Yankees got screwed on a HBP call that didn't touch the batter, which loaded the bases and allowed Francisco Lindor to hit a grand slam. Awesome and kinda sucky at the same time.

ubkev
The 80s is only 1 decade Where they won more games than any team in baseball. Or so I heard once.
JujuFish
Where they won more games than any team in baseball. Or so I heard once. Indeed. From 80-89, the Yankees had the most wins in the league, with 854. Detroit, 839, and Kansas City, 826, were the next on the list. The Dodgers, the only team to win more than one World Series in that decade, was tied for 4th with 825 wins.

ubkev
And still found a way to be the Red Wings' equal during that decade. Meh, only 1 team can win each year. Personally, I blame that curse, Mattingly. Never won a damn thing, that guy.

You are the worst kind of sports fans and your presence here makes me yearn for a better place. So, I'm signing out. Take care .
