Eleven Posted September 23, 2017 Author Report Posted September 23, 2017 (edited) Apparently the Warriors also understood the tweet as a rescission of an invite to the White House for the full team. So, whichever was intended by the original tweet, the outcome is GS will not go to the WH. Good for them. It's kind of a stupid thing anyway. Most star athletes could book a private appointment with a president pretty easily, too. Edited September 23, 2017 by Eleven Quote

ubkev Posted September 24, 2017 Report Posted September 24, 2017 Drag races are waaaay fun to go to. Top Fuel and Funny Cars are so bad ass in person. Absolutely deafening, and chest thumping. And the amount of women who run at that level...that's sexy as hell! Quote

WildCard Posted September 26, 2017 Report Posted September 26, 2017 Four college basketball coaches were among those facing federal charges Tuesday in a wide probe of fraud and corruption in the NCAA, authorities said. The coaches were identified in court papers as Chuck Person of Auburn University, Emanuel Richardson of the University of Arizona, Tony Bland of the University of Southern California and Lamont Evans of Oklahoma State. It was not immediately clear who would represent them at initial court appearances. They were among 10 people charged in Manhattan federal court. Others included managers, financial advisers and representatives of a major international sportswear company. The details were to be discussed at a news conference Tuesday at noon ET. http://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/20824193/ncaa-basketball-coaches-10-charged-fraud-corruption Quote

LGR4GM Posted September 26, 2017 Report Posted September 26, 2017 It's his perogative, just like it was Tim Thomas' a few years back. Feel bad for any of his teammates that weren't on the last championship team & actually wanted to go to the White House. They may never have the chance present itself again and now it isn't an option this year. Yea amazing how Obama didn't disinvite the team for Thomas. Oh said something anti Trump, thread might get locked. Quick distract! How about them baseballs teams. Hear the yanks made the playoffs What's the deal with this college hoops thing? The ncaa is crazy corrupt. It's how the good teams stay good. Quote
