TheMatrix31 Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 So this Grigorenko guy has some committment issues? Gotta admit, that's a major turnoff. Both with chicks and with players on my teams.
Iron Crotch Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 Teravainen is also an option. Too small. We need size up front. Although, several big centers might be available at 21.
IKnowPhysics Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 I think the run on D has put us in good shape to address long term non-D needs. I'm excited.
TrueBlueGED Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 So this Grigorenko guy has some committment issues? Gotta admit, that's a major turnoff. Both with chicks and with players on my teams. He also had the physical ability to be 1b to Yakupov's 1a. And he played with mono...and still had 10 points in 11 playoff games. I take the risk. Potential grand slam.
TrueBlueGED Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 Too small. We need size up front. Although, several big centers might be available at 21. I agree, wouldn't do it personally. But talent-wise, he's right there with the other options. Plus we know Darcy :P
Iron Crotch Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 Slater Koekkoek? That might be a better name than Grant Clitsome.
TrueBlueGED Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 I think I just ######. We will have our pick of the litter...good lord.
IKnowPhysics Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 Wow, we could end up with the 3rd or 4th best forward in the draft. This is eye-popping.
Robviously Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 Koekkoek to Tampa. Now I'm praying the Caps take Grigorenko to put him with Ovechkin. I'd be very happy with Forsberg.
TrueBlueGED Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 If the Caps go Grigorenko, I have to believe the Sabres sprint up there to select Forsberg. And I'd LOVE to see them move up from 21 to grab Faksa.
sabres13 Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 Buffalo pick then trade then pick again. Haha I'm pumped right now.
Iron Crotch Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 I think we'd have to take Forsberg if he was still there. Can get a big center at 21 probably.
Robviously Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 If the Caps *don't* take Forsberg or Grigorenko here, our pick could be second-guessed forever. If we pick the wrong guy.....
millbank Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 Teravainen most skilled , forsberg likely wash pick
fiftyone Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 I really want forsberg, not so much on grigorenko.
BuffaloSoldier2010 Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 Forsebergs listed as a RW, whats the deal there? If they need to replace semin and thats accurate, he might be their guy here at 11
nobody Posted June 23, 2012 Report Posted June 23, 2012 I'm sure Forsberg will go next and then no way Sabres pick Grigorenko
