That sucks Im an amerks season ticket holder and I'm unhappy with all the players they let go on the amerks this year. Well good luck on your future career McKee.

Saw that. Disappointing because Jay was always a favourite.

Seems to be a poor fit with Rolston, but I wonder if the Sabres didn't think some of their young D developed enough.

I also wonder if there will be another job for him in the organization.

You mean Bill McCreary

Okay, you got me. I meant Gary Bettman AND Bryan Lewis.

Warning: this will reopen deep wounds:

Ruff' date=' after seeing the tape of Hull’s foot fully in Dominik Hasek’s goalcrease, had come out of the coaches’ office and was searching for NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman.

He found him and confronted him with the “no-goal” argument but the Commissioner reportedly turned away and immediately left the building. I had learned that then Director of Officiating Bryan Lewis had left the video replay booth immediately after Hull scored and there was some question as to whether or not the goal had been reviewed. (I later saw that Lewis, who resigned his position shortly after the incident for reasons the league insisted had to do with a family illness, was confronted in the basement of the arena by Jean Knox, the wife of deceased owner Seymour Knox and was in tears while she asked how and why the league could make a ruling so contrary to the rules at that time.)[/quote']

Referees can make mistakes. Video review should never make mistakes. Video review should always happen.

I'm glad he got fired. i'm still pissed at him for not washing his socks.

It was his shin guards.....bacteria from the shin guard got into a minor scrape on his leg.

Too superstitious to clean them.......cost us a great chance for the cup.

That story alone should disabuse all players of having stupid superstitions.

maybe thats why TP came in and immediatly upgraded the lockerroom?

Maybe TG was being forced to leave as owner because the health department was secretly on him and going to fine him a large sum of money for having unsanitary facilities so he was forced to sell (or fix himself)? Hmmmmmm, I may have said too much and stumbled into parts that I shouldn't have. If you don't hear from me, the black helicopters may have already got me..................
