spndnchz Posted April 16, 2012 Report Posted April 16, 2012 And will wind up on the Bruins roster shortly? You'd have to think they'd be more comfortable with him riding the pine over Khudobin... if someone lower on the priority order (Pittsburgh) doesn't claim him first. I think he's on re-entry because his AHL team is done.
shrader Posted April 16, 2012 Report Posted April 16, 2012 I was just going to suggest Pittsburgh. That would be hilarious. Pittsburgh would be crazy to let him pass, even if it's just an act by Philly. There is no cost to add him to their roster so why let Philly have a piece they may intend to use.
rickshaw Posted April 16, 2012 Report Posted April 16, 2012 The nucks have been winning a lot of games with smoke and mirrors. They played ok for months but the goaltending won them lots of games. When Daniel went down the team went 8-2 but only beat one playoff team (LA 1-0) They have now gone 11 straight playoff games without scoring more than 2 goals in regulation. Their PP has been awful since the Boston game in Jan. They got rid of Hodgson and I can assure you they are sure wishing he was here especially since DS went down. Kassian barely plays so he's not able to flex his muscles. Kesler flops and dives instead of playing hard. He hasn't scored In 14 games. Not surprised that LA is winning although 5 on 5 the Canucks have been superior especially the last two games. It's not over yet but it's close. The team needs bigger players who can play so Id expect more changes. Kesler would be first on the trade list.
SwampD Posted April 16, 2012 Report Posted April 16, 2012 After having to work in Rangerland all day, I feel it needs to be said again, Ranger fans are the biggest bunch of whiners I've ever seen. I really can't believe it. I think it's a spill over from that Giants/Yankees mentality where everything always goes their way, and when it doesn't, they cry about it. They can't be knocked out of the playoffs fast enough for me.
rickshaw Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 Coach Vigneault will be fired in the summer. Just sayin'.
darksabre Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 Refs called Chara on a real bogus roughing penalty and the Caps net one. Karma's a biatch. Followed immediately by a bogus call on Washington. Weird.

They can't be knocked out of the playoffs fast enough for me. My best friend is a huge Rangers fan, and I couldn't possibly agree more with this. The whining is absolutely unbearable at times. Refs called Chara on a real bogus roughing penalty and the Caps net one. Karma's a biatch. Followed immediately by a bogus call on Washington. Weird. Imagine how much worse the Bruins' PK would be if Chara actually got called on even half of his legitimate penalties? Also...does Ottawa seriously have a camera located where a fan can stand up and stick their arm in front of it? I just saw an arm waving a pom-pom several times covering the entire middle of my screen. That's awful.
darksabre Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 Fortunately I have no desire to watch the Rangers/Sens series, and Boondock Saints is on IFC :P
Weave Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 Adams sits for a game. Pittsburgh could have 3 players sitting tomorrow night.
millbank Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 think rangers scored, have to review once play is stopped not so , close
DumbPuck Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 wow... Boston looks TERRIBLE out there. So sad to think we could be playing in this series instead of Crapitals.
TrueBlueGED Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 wow... Boston looks TERRIBLE out there. So sad to think we could be playing in this series instead of Crapitals. Just remember, they would have completely run over the Sabres because the Sabres aren't physical enough and Boston has Milan Lucic, Destroyer of Worlds! Wait, what's that? Washington isn't physical either? Oh, well, uh..... :bag:
bunomatic Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 wow... Boston looks TERRIBLE out there. So sad to think we could be playing in this series instead of Crapitals. The crapitals. I likey :P

Is it wrong that I keep hoping for a sequel to the Tim Thomas/Discover card commercial, one in which that taxi driver realizes who he is and goes all Kathy Bates in Misery on him? The crapitals. I likey :P
darksabre Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 Marchand just got speared in the manhood. I suppose if there's one good thing the Caps have done, it's potentially preventing that moron from having even dumber children.
Eleven Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 Marchand just got speared in the manhood. I suppose if there's one good thing the Caps have done, it's potentially preventing that moron from having even dumber children. There will be no "Trailer Park Boys 2" in 2030? Dammit!
darksabre Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 There will be no "Trailer Park Boys 2" in 2030? Dammit! I just realized that Marchand is totally Cyrus. HURRR DURRRR
Eleven Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 Holy ######, Marchand IS Cyrus! And Thomas is beaten.
darksabre Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 Alzner is doing a great job of messing with the Bruins. Fire, meet Fire.
TrueBlueGED Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 Tough break there for the Caps. Ridiculous deflection.
Eleven Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 Tough break there for the Caps. Ridiculous deflection. They're lucky enough to be there in the first place, though.
K-9 Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012  I just realized that Marchand is totally Cyrus. HURRR DURRRR I just want to know if that nose came with those glasses. GO SABRES!!!

I was always under the impression he played a pretty tough and focused game, anytime I've watched Vancouver over the past few years. And is there anything in particular that makes you think he may be moved, or just a hunch?
Eleven Posted April 17, 2012 Report Posted April 17, 2012 My brain says one more period of this Saint Louis game. My body says "F that, you're going to bed." My conscience is divided between effectiveness at work tomorrow and enjoying life while I can. Tough situation. I should have put a TV in the bedroom, dammit!
