I want AHLers dressed for that game. AHLers with nothing on the line. I want pain for Lucic (not injuries, I'm no Gregg Williams), Rask/Thomas, Chara, and especially that big-nosed Trailer Park Boys ###### from Soctia, Marchand.

 

EDIT: Again, I want pain and not injuries. But I want them to hurt bad enough that they think twice, or three times, about even breathing on a Sabre next year.

The loss of Erhoff, Myers, and Sulzer was just too much tonight. Doubt those goals for Philly would have happened with them on the ice. :(

 

If the goals would of happened against McNabb and Brennan that may be true, but they came against. Regehr, Leo and Reggie, the kids did a good enough job tonight.

Agreed. While it was fun the last few weeks of the season, the team was wrestling off its back for most of the year. The late season surge spoils the top draft pick we ould use, and perhaps makes ReEgier and Ruff safer that same old, same old is tolerable.

 

It will be fun to watch what changes in Buffalo. There is room for lots of debate/discussion which will make watching this board interesting.

 

Eager to start next season, hopefully with a significantly altered team.

Was watching the game while at the frozen four in Tampa. Had my phone app on. The sting of elimination is softened by the warm Tampa weather. BTW The Lightning barn is an amazing arena.
