Was ticked off when I heard Kaleta was playing tonight. If it's not broke, don't fix it. If you got a player refs like to blow the whistle on, don't play him. He has no longer has value to the Sabres organization.

 

They had little choice. Turnbull had to go back unless they wanted to burn one of their 4 recalls on him. He's not worth it. And if they're going to tweak the lineup by taking out a guy who was playing 5 minutes, so be it.

 

What a fun pace to that period. One of the more fun ones in recent memory. The puck does seem to be bouncing around quite a bit out there.

Great road period by our boys! Goaltending is the big difference thus far.

Not just goaltending, but hustle and mistakes. Right now, the Sabres seem to want it more. Man, I hope Ehrhoff is ok. He's been playing at the level we all expected him too in this huge, dramatic run.
