Forget my comment then. As for the question about her being worth the playoffs, theres a few questions you have to ask. 1. How old are you and how close are you to looking to find "the one"? (Basically if your young and just playing the field, there plenty of fish in the Sea, playoffs are inportant! If your older and looking to settle down, how confident are you that the Sabres could make it deep in the playoffs this year?) 2. How god looking are you and how well do you normally do? (If your a guy that can get any girl he wants and normally does well, again, theres plenty of fish in the sea) 3. (Sort of ties into 2) Who is the one settling in this relationship? (If shes out of your league and the one settling, theres always next year for the playoffs......) 4. How does she feel about letting you have your own interests right now that aren't shared? (Maybe you could still date and spend time together when teh Sabres aren't playing?) I think if you can answer those 4 questions you can figure out the answer to your own :flirt: this is just hilarious.

When I first started dating my future wife she would watch and go to Sabres and Bills game with me all the time. Fast forward 15 years to the Tampa game the other night and I'm outside watching the game next to the fire pit on a beautiful night. My wife comes out and says she wants to 'watch the game' with me. She sits down in a chair, pulls out her iphone and begins to send emails and play around on facebook for 20 minutes or so, then announces that she is tired and going to bed. That was probably the first time in five years she has 'watched' anything sports related with me.

I have yet to watch a game with my girlfriend in the 2 1/2 months we've been dating, but every game that I have intended on watching that she has subsequently kept me from watching, they have won, so when she asks me to go out or to do something when the Sabres are playing, I just agree blindly now. bad juju tho? she canceled on tonight because she got called into work...do I watch the game? this is tough...

I am still required to watch red carpet specials and anything that involves making clothes or dancing, but Hockey is me (and my boys) time.
