TrueBlueGED Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 I thought the game started at 10:30. Meanwhile I miss 30% of the seasonal output for Lieno and Boyes. If Leino gets a hatty....all I have to say is the Mayans were right.
drnkirishone Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 What happened after we went up 3-0? Did Lindy go early Alamo? Looks like we aren't sending anyone for a sustained forecheck. Instead lining up five between the blue lines? GO SABRES!!! Looked like the vancouver forecheck woke up
drnkirishone Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 If Leino gets a hatty....all I have to say is the Mayans were right. nonono if he gets it where all going streaking
biodork Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 I thought the game started at 10:30. Meanwhile I miss 30% of the seasonal output for Lieno and Boyes. Lol I figured it would be 8pm being a weekend, and thought I missed the beginning when I woke up at 8:30 from a surprise nap. Then I realized it was a 10pm start, got distracted watching the Phoenix game, and missed the beginning of the first anyhow. D'oh.
K-9 Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 Kassian is throwing bigger hits than he threw for Buffalo. And the Amerks for that matter. Glad he's motivated. Can he stay that way? That's the thing. GO SABRES!!!
... Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 Canucks definitely woke up for awhile there. I'll feel infinitely better if we get a 4th goal before they score. I agree they were fired up near the end there, fer shure. I think as long as they keep a 2-point edge through the second they could pull this one out. The Canucks tightened up their cups there and started playing physical. Sabres need to step up their physical game to neutralize what the Canucks will bring next period.
Lanny Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 That he truely is a waste of a roster spot? Indeed, -2 through 1period
LastPommerFan Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 Lindy was trying to psyche out the Canucks and make them prepare for Foligno. Before anyone responds, this is sarcasm. It worked.
JWell Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 had someone scored while they were waiting to review our 3rd goal..... how would they do that? 3 to 1 buffalo if vancouver scored OR 4-0 if buf scored OR 3-0???? any thoughts?

Sabres need to step up their physical game to neutralize what the Canucks will bring next period. Pretty much. I'd feel good with a 2 goal lead going into the 3rd, although I'm fairly certain that would result in another period getting out shot 17-4 or something.
drnkirishone Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 had someone scored while they were waiting to review our 3rd goal..... how would they do that? 3 to 1 buffalo if vancouver scored OR 4-0 if buf scored OR 3-0???? any thoughts? It wouldnt count. the game rolls back to the goal
bunomatic Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 Wow ! The second is when the Canucks wreck teams so the Sabres better be sharp. GO SABRES !
papazoid Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 obviously Kassian is gonna play his azz off..... but he currently is minus 2 in the plus/minus category.
TrueBlueGED Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 had someone scored while they were waiting to review our 3rd goal..... how would they do that? 3 to 1 buffalo if vancouver scored OR 4-0 if buf scored OR 3-0???? any thoughts? It wouldn't count. Anything that happened following the unconfirmed 3rd Buffalo goal would be wiped out.
Trettioåtta Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 3-0 - i think they literally ignore anything that happened in that time. Goals are easy to decide what to do, what if a fight broke out?
Randall Flagg Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 had someone scored while they were waiting to review our 3rd goal..... how would they do that? 3 to 1 buffalo if vancouver scored OR 4-0 if buf scored OR 3-0???? any thoughts? Depends if our goal counts. If it does, nothing that happens after matters, and they reset the time. If it doesn't go in, anything that happens afterwards will count.
TrueBlueGED Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 Wow ! The second is when the Canucks wreck teams so the Sabres better be sharp. GO SABRES ! It's also the Sabres' worst period.... :bag:
Neo Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 I love Canada ... they're advertising a Don Cherry bio made for television movie ... sigh, if only ...
drnkirishone Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 Now as for any penaltys that might of been done in that missing time. I am not totally sure on what would happen there. I would guess 2 minute minors would wipe out but misconducts and majors would stay
bunomatic Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 It's also the Sabres' worst period.... :bag: Agreed. The nucks could quickly erase all these warm and fuzzy feelings.
Lanny Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 So why not just blow the whistle if it's even questionable
kishoph Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 So with 3 quick goals...when does Lindy start the Limbo??????? After the Boyes goal, the Sabres were out-shot 8 to 2, that's not including the time that was wiped away, which included a break away. I certainly hope we don't see the Limbo.
bunomatic Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 I love Canada ... they're advertising a Don Cherry bio made for television movie ... sigh, if only ... Its actually a very good movie. Watched it last season when it first aired.
