It's actually the complete obvious as Bob McKenzie now has some stuff up saying that Lombardi has stated that Brown IS NOT on the market now. There's obviously some games going on in LA right now.

Another bummer about l'affaire Brown is that the hoax was debunked before DeLuca and the rest of the Burke-is-brilliant-despite-the-Leafs-accomplishing-exactly-nothing-on-his-watch crew had a chance to post about another great Burke move for another tough, truculent, aggressive guy, blah blah blah -- which posts would then have needed to be retracted.

 

Oh well.

Its to bad you couldn't do Stoll + Brown for Stafford + Roy + MAG or Brennen it would actually be a good trade for all party's involved... Kopitar, Richards, Roy as your top 3 centers... that could tempt LA... to bad Pegula still hasn't hired a GM.

Man, Wolski just doesn't fit in anywhere. Kid must be a head case.

Three guess on who scored with 1:47 left in regulation to help the Panthers in their 3-2 SO victory over the Canes. Instant dividends on that investment.
