BuffaloFansR_Crazy Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 Is anyone else thinking that Boston is gonna bring the thuggery in the 3rd, or is it just me? I'm getting the sense that this game is headed towards Boston-Montreal from late last season. Why wouldn't they? That's the difference between their championship team and the Sabres. Buffalo excepts losing, Bruins do not.

TheMatrix31 Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 Sick. FNC playing "Don't Tread On Me"
... Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 Patrick is giving Kaleta a lot of ice time tonight. Good call on his part.
K-9 Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 Absolutely beautiful play. Leino looking good tonight. Pommers! GO SABRES!!!
Pville29 Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 The captain is putting the nail in the coffin
TrueBlueGED Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 It's too funny reading how many fans refuse to recognize that when this team is playing well they are playing tougher and more physical. It is the biggest difference in play over this last stretch of games. You mean when Ruff was behind the bench? Whoops. Seriously, does anybody think that maybe, MAYBE, this effort has something to do with the fact they've been playing really well since the break, is Miller's first game back against Boston, and they're all tired of hearing about how they're afraid of Boston? No, surely NONE of that has anything to do with this, it's all the guy behind the bench!!!.....who was also behind the bench every other game this year.
... Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 Lindy should consider benching himself once in a while to spark the team.
kishoph Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 The thought that they're playing harder for their injured coach almost sounds ludicrous to me, they have hardly played hard for him all year and they're gonna play hard for him because he's injured. Pommers scores 1 for Lindy.
Robviously Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 The captain is putting the nail in the coffin Damn, maybe Jason reads our board.... Lindy should consider benching himself once in a while to spark the team. I love that NBCSports is giving us random shots of Ruff watching the action from afar like Robert E. Lee during Gettysburg.
JJFIVEOH Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 This team has really stepped up in Stafford's absence!
Weave Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 I've got both Thomas and Rask in another league I am in. That goal just totally FUBAR'd my goalie stats for the week.

Do you seriously think that this being James Patrick's first game as a head coach has nothing to do with it?
darksabre Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 Best game this team has played in three seasons.
jad1 Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 Absolutely beautiful play. Leino looking good tonight. Pommers! GO SABRES!!! Yeah, Leino is really running scared after spraying Thomas. <_<
waldo Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 This team has really stepped up in Stafford's absence! +1
deluca67 Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 Lindy should consider benching himself once in a while to spark the team. He's doesn't like to mess with a winning lineup, does that count for coaches as well.
