Eleven Posted February 14, 2012 Report Posted February 14, 2012 Westminster Odds: http://msnbcmedia.ms...ts/odds2012.pdf I love watching this, both for the dog aspect and just to select on sight. Symmetry and class are universal. Speaking of which, a few of the handlers could make it to the breasts thread.....actually, 80% of them could, but you probably only want to see 5%. Select for what? Tastiness? Quote
Samson's Flow Posted February 14, 2012 Report Posted February 14, 2012 Hmm, that's the second mention of Mexican today, and it is Victory Brewing's taco night... Well it was Moe's Mondays... which is what I had last night ;) I'm a sucker for free queso and guac 1 Quote
cdexchange Posted February 14, 2012 Report Posted February 14, 2012 cottage cheese bed with peaches and pineapple. hey, the scale doesn't lie; down 20 pounds in 2 months. it's all about portions and exercise, baby! Good man! Chicken burrito from Chipotle for lunch today...gonna have to eat a very light dinner to make up for it. Quote

There's a Qdoba that's more convenient to me, but I think I like Moe's better. Quote

Anytime I can find a Salsaritas/Moe's/Chipotle or a Subway I usually go there over the greasy burger places. Keeps me from weighing 300 lbs. :D Quote
Weave Posted February 14, 2012 Author Report Posted February 14, 2012 Meatball sub from a new deli in town. Pretty decent. Nothing exceptional. I'll have to give one of their "specialty" subs a shot next time before deciding whether they are worthy of getting my regular business. Quote
darksabre Posted February 14, 2012 Report Posted February 14, 2012 Got a nice mid-range Pinot Noir at the liquor store today and cookin up some spaghetti for a nice easy V-day dinner tonight. Chef's sauce of course. Quote
biodork Posted February 15, 2012 Report Posted February 15, 2012 Pretzel shells. Odd concept and I really only bought them because they were on sale, but pretty good. The whole bag is the crunchy/salty outsides without the plain and dry inside. Quote

Baked ziti last night..but Turtles for desert..VD present from the wife...love me some Turtles! Not sure I'd go that far, lol. I didn't see them at the store, but on the bag it indicates they have a bunch of different flavors so I'll have to look for those. Thinking kind of like the flavored Snyders pretzel bites... mmmm. Is that like the top of the muffin shop in Seinfeld? lol - thankfully, not at all. Pulled pork sandwich and whipped sweet potatoes last night with a couple beers (Caldera Pale Ale and Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald). Sounds like a romantic meal to me. Man, now I want pulled pork! I really need to fix my slow cooker. :( Quote

chileanseabass Posted February 17, 2012 Report Posted February 17, 2012 Last night I made some buffalo chicken chili. I love home made chili, but get bored with it after a while. This was a good switch, and combined two things I like to eat... chili and wings! Quote
