darksabre Posted February 23, 2012 Report Posted February 23, 2012 Working into the morning hours I am sustained by what I call "The Jackoff", a combination of Yukon Jack and Jack Daniels over ice. A little Led Zeppelin and I'm on my way. Quote
neverenough Posted February 23, 2012 Report Posted February 23, 2012 The Jackoff huh? Work really is overrated... Quote

nobody Posted February 23, 2012 Report Posted February 23, 2012 Tim Hortons x-large coffee  Did you win anything in their roll up the rim contest? Quote
darksabre Posted February 23, 2012 Report Posted February 23, 2012 Tim Hortons x-large coffee  At this time of year, skip the XL and just buy two smalls. Roughly the same amount of coffee, but two RUTR chances. Quote
dEnnis the Menace Posted February 23, 2012 Report Posted February 23, 2012 working in Ft Lauderdale this week. Going to the Panthers/Wild game tonight, and gonna go to the Cheesecake Factory across the street before hand! Quote

Randall Flagg Posted February 25, 2012 Report Posted February 25, 2012 I'm not eating or drinking anything good until Easter, as I have given up anything considered junk food for lent, and to get ready for track season. Quote

Jsixspd Posted February 25, 2012 Report Posted February 25, 2012 No beer, but I did bake one of those Wegmans frozen pepperoni pizzas - eating that now while posting and watching the Sabres. So good to have the Sabres back on TV Quote
biodork Posted February 25, 2012 Report Posted February 25, 2012 Conversation hearts candy. I know, they're like sugar-flavored chalk, but for whatever reason I look forward to them every year (especially the week after V-day when they're on clearance, lol). Quote

I eat Necco wafers by choice, so you'll get no judgement from me. Quote
biodork Posted February 25, 2012 Report Posted February 25, 2012 I eat Necco wafers by choice, so you'll get no judgement from me. Â Nice - definitely a forgotten candy there. I'll eat all but the licorice favored ones, but prefer the all chocolate pack. :) Quote
Weave Posted February 25, 2012 Author Report Posted February 25, 2012 Fish tacos and a platter of steamed clams doused in Tabasco and melted butter. Quote
Weave Posted February 26, 2012 Author Report Posted February 26, 2012 White pizza tonight. Figured I'd keep with the overall theme and paired it with a Saranac White IPA. Quote
biodork Posted February 26, 2012 Report Posted February 26, 2012 One-Minute Chocolate Cake  Just found this blog earlier today and been obsessively reading recipes and planning my grocery list ever since. Especially digging the breakfast ideas, like Peanut Butter Breakfast Pudding and her various baked oatmeal recipes. Quote
Ghost of Dwight Drane Posted February 26, 2012 Report Posted February 26, 2012 One-Minute Chocolate Cake  I've always wanted to try 3 minute and 43 second Red Velvet Cake. Quote
nfreeman Posted February 26, 2012 Report Posted February 26, 2012 Good man! Â Chicken burrito from Chipotle for lunch today...gonna have to eat a very light dinner to make up for it. Â I think Chipotle is the best chain restaurant in the country. Their burritos are a consistent A. Â We had homemade soft chicken tacos tonight at home with some grilled squash on the side and Sam Adams (which is a bit overrated IMHO but still decent) to wash it down. Ben'N'Jerry's Half Baked for dessert. Quote
Sabres Fan in NS Posted February 26, 2012 Report Posted February 26, 2012 Last night ... Â Pakoras and rice. Traditional Indian dish made lovingly by Pakistani friends of ours. Very flavourful with spices and herbs. Quote

Thinking of whats for tonight's Sunday dinner..looks nice outside, think it will be something on the egg.
