themaze2332 Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 Hooray it is 10 PM. Chz, Happy birthday and enjoy your party!! I am sure your special day will have a better outcome than this Sabres game :flirt: When Ruff broke up the AVP line we were winning. He hates Adam and loves Roy. So, he got over his anger with Roy and the rest is history....
kishoph Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 When Ruff broke up the AVP line we were winning. Well they weren't producing, they should of had 3 goals by that time. Lindy is an Idiot.
nucci Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 Unless you're being sarcastic, where have you been? Lol http://forums.sabres...-anaheim-wants/ All sarcasm.
themaze2332 Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 Why does a 1 goal deficit seem insurmountable. Because we usually cannot score than one goal per game. Sadly :wallbash:
wonderbread Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 Hitch is smiling like a butchers dog.
Eleven Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 When Ruff broke up the AVP line we were winning. Tied, no? I'd hate to be in his spot, dividing crappy assets into four lines. Anyway. Why the ###### Leo and Weber can't check a puck-carrier behind the net is completely beyond my comprehension. Left the sports bar (I can't drink forever and wouldn't if I could) and now I'm a listener.
Andrew Amerk Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 When Ruff broke up the AVP line we were winning. You mean like earlier in the season?
Eleven Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 Well they weren't producing, they should of had 3 goals by that time. Lindy is an Idiot. It's should have, and they did not. I still like the line, though. I understand what he's doing--balancing crap with skill--but the one good line is nice.

Ruff has never figured that out.
themaze2332 Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 Well they weren't producing, they should of had 3 goals by that time. Lindy is an Idiot. Because any of the other lines he has put together have been producing?
Eleven Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 You only need one line in hockey. The rest are "just don't let them score" lines. Ruff has never figured that out. Think that through. I know you're not in your early twenties.
SwampD Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 Think that through. I know you're not in your early twenties. Sometimes when you defend what Ruff is doing I think you have never watched or played a game of hockey in your life. I say this liking you as a poster.
mrm33064 Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 A penalty. Just what we needed. Pegula's trigger finger has to be getting itchy.
itbeatswalking Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 3-1. Miller and Myers look amazing tonight!!
Eleven Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 Dammit, I really hate K-Sly. I know the Blues are up 3-1 now, but I have no idea how or why it happened. He's in between Stafford and Roy on my list.
kishoph Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 It's should have, and they did not. I still like the line, though. I understand what he's doing--balancing crap with skill--but the one good line is nice. Because any of the other lines he has put together have been producing? It's called sarcasm.
wallybarthman Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 Can't win if you can't score (null)
Lumpy Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 When do the firings start? Everyone has surmised that Ruff and Regier were safe barring a total collapse. Not to sound like BIll Clinton here, but what is the definition of "total"?
themaze2332 Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 It was nice of STL to let Buffalo stay in this game for so long.
Eleven Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 Sometimes when you defend what Ruff is doing I think you have never watched or played a game of hockey in your life. I say this liking you as a poster. I certainly never have played outside of pond/street. But you've been around long enough to remember "roll four lines!", and to know that we all loved it. (######, just checked your join date, and it's in '08. Hopefully you'll still remember the spirit of the community, if not the board.) That's all I'm sayin'.
mrm33064 Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 If you have enough to drink, you can close your eyes for a second and remember what it was like when LaFontaine and Mogilny lit the lamp like a pinball machine. It's satisfying for a few seconds.
