wjag Posted November 29, 2011 Report Posted November 29, 2011 Never mind on Adam. Apparently I can't read. I looked at Chz's lineup and didn't see him in there. He's in there.
Doohicksie Posted November 29, 2011 Report Posted November 29, 2011 I don't want to jinx it but Hecht seems to have a little more bounce in his step so far. I like having Kassian up here so far. Just one question. Is it pronounced Ka-see-an or Ka-sh-e-an? I ask because Ive heard it spoken both ways during last game. It's pronounced Tuh LEEN der ;)
OverPowerYou Posted November 29, 2011 Report Posted November 29, 2011 I really like these tuesday games. I'm so tired of the usual Wednesday, Friday and Saturday home games...
LGR4GM Posted November 29, 2011 Report Posted November 29, 2011 anyone know why kassian stayed up and tropp was sent down after playing in how many games for us? based on performance im assuming? same goes for McNabb and brennan, altho I did like mcnabbs game better Tropp was hitting, but so was Kassian. Kassian had started to get a little more aggressive out there - maybe they agree with me, and think that sending him back now after a nice game Saturday would be a step backward. Probably to do with line slotting. They had enough guys to plug the 3rd/4th lines, but viewed Kassian as a better fit for top 6 minutes than Tropp... until Ennis/Boyes is ready.Interesting if Sch...Sczh...."Chewie" is being called up if Kaleta can't go. I'd figure Tropp would fit that bill nicely. i will say though I liked Chewie's game along the boards against the Caps and they may be rewarding him with another game. the answer is two parts: a) Lindy Ruff expressed his interest in keeping the size of the team on the bigger end and Kassian is bigger than Tropp b) Tropp is could be nearing the dangerous "clear waivers" number of games played for buf.
Eleven Posted November 29, 2011 Report Posted November 29, 2011 I really like these tuesday games. I'm so tired of the usual Wednesday, Friday and Saturday home games... I love weeknight, 7pm home games. But I cannot go tonight because of some obligations tomorrow. Dammit.

OverPowerYou Posted November 29, 2011 Report Posted November 29, 2011 I hate all games against the Isles.. Buffalo struggles with this team.. Incorrect. Half of the Amerks team is playing the Isles tonight. I'll say we'll end up winning somehow.

How many games can he play before being subjected to waivers being sent back down ?
Eleven Posted November 29, 2011 Report Posted November 29, 2011 How many games can he play before being subjected to waivers being sent back down ? A lot more. He's not in junior hockey anymore.

Marvelo Posted November 29, 2011 Report Posted November 29, 2011 If Stafford's playing tonight, I predict a big game from him. He's not only starting to get his mojo back, he loves to beat up on those weak teams.
sabres1970 Posted November 29, 2011 Report Posted November 29, 2011 Let's go tonight boys! Carry that momentum from saturday! I want to see: Kassian's first fight, Ennis get his first goal and some more defensive domination by Erhoff and the gang.

darksabre Posted November 30, 2011 Report Posted November 30, 2011 Just woke up from a nap after a hard day of work. Got a nice cold beer in hand, the game on TV and the girlfriend on the way with a wegmans pizza. I'm ready for an old fashioned thumping. Score early, and score often. :pirate:
darksabre Posted November 30, 2011 Report Posted November 30, 2011 RJ's pronunciation of Szchrucurrhaaa confuses me. I keep thinking he's saying Sahara.
Iron Crotch Posted November 30, 2011 Report Posted November 30, 2011 Crap. Down early again. :wallbash:
pegs4mayor Posted November 30, 2011 Report Posted November 30, 2011 Roy needs to learn to play simple hockey before going for all this fancy ######!
darksabre Posted November 30, 2011 Report Posted November 30, 2011 Why would you pass that to Ellis!?
Iron Crotch Posted November 30, 2011 Report Posted November 30, 2011 Kassian with his first NHL fight!
