NowDoYouBelieve Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 This team never makes it simple, do they?
North Buffalo Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 Puck just took a weird bounce. Agreed Brickley is much worse, he should know hockey considering he played and it seems like he forgot everything he ever learned about the game or maybe that is why he didn't last... to stupid.
deluca67 Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 That's how you protect your goalie.
darksabre Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 Stafford goes hard to the net and gets Ference mad at him. Nice.
DR HOLLIDAY Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 Marchand did a great job of taking a hit and getting back into the play. Physical hockey reaps rewards. repeat, repeat, repeat alert
bunomatic Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 Gotta love the team spirit tonight. Standing up for each other and themselves.
samothyev Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 Gotta love the team spirit tonight. Standing up for each other and themselves. Why did it take Miller going down to get there? Should have always been this way!PERIOD!
87168 Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 That's how you protect your goalie. You mean by initially running another player into him?
darksabre Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 I'm greatly enjoying watching this game :)
Dave Dryden Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 You mean by initially running another player into him?
Robviously Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 Why did it take Miller going down to get there? Should have always been this way!PERIOD! This. It's still embarrassing that Miller had to get run for the team to play like this.
sabres1970 Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 These Boston announcers are total clowns. The color guy said something mockingly about how Buffalo is too small to have a baseball team. How is that relevant or necessary? Screw these guys, one more solid period boys. Love the intensity, but let's keep it up for 60 minutes.
wjag Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 So far, so good.. Leino with the insurance goal tonight
deluca67 Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 You mean by initially running another player into him? Someone has obviously not been paying attention to how Stafford has been driving to the net all night. You call yourself a fan.
Derrico Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 Decent second. I'm liking the way Hecht has played considering it's his first game of the year. Enroth does not look right to me.
deluca67 Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 repeat, repeat, repeat alert Predicting a Marchand hat-trick is pretty bold.

How is that relevant or necessary? Screw these guys, one more solid period boys. Love the intensity, but let's keep it up for 60 minutes. People are always talking sideways about Buffalo. Funny, because I would love to see them stroll through east Buffalo where I live and talk that mess.
SwampD Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 He must have mistakenly thought Kaleta started the game or someone else would have commented on this. Sorry, it's the wife's birthday so I'm only half watching and posting when I can. I thought kaleta was in tonight and the out. I was only being snarky anyway. ROCK'EM SABRES!!!!

87168 Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 Someone has obviously not been paying attention to how Stafford has been driving to the net all night. You call yourself a fan. anyway.....moving forward. 20 minutes left to come out with guns 'a blazing! Decent second. I'm liking the way Hecht has played considering it's his first game of the year. Enroth does not look right to me. He looks fine to me. He's made several key saves. The D cannot crumble in front of him the way they did on the B's second goal.

Neo Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 Intermission fun fact: Brickley was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers with the last overall pick in the 1980 NHL Entry Draft. Andy became the second player, after Gerry Meehan, to play in the NHL after being drafted last overall. Brickley first appeared with the Flyers during the 1982–83 season.
donteatyellowsnow Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 So far, so good.. Leino with the insurance goal tonight ??? Leino didn't score a goal. #33 Brennan did.
kishoph Posted November 24, 2011 Report Posted November 24, 2011 Not a bad period, but they need to cash in on some of these chances before Boston takes momentum back.
