spndnchz Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 What about Butler? Is he playing tonight?
beerme1 Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 Someone mentioned getting together for a beer before or after the game and it is a great idea. Even between periods would work for me. I know a couple people object to the 200 level but it is open to everyone after the game. I will be there as usual all game amongst all the Biff's Miff's Buffy's and their ilk. I will be wearing a Lafontaine Jersey and will also be unshaven. I don't exactly fit in with em because I also cheer however I love my seats and if your around say hello. My name is Willy and if you say Sabrespace, I'll probably have to call Security because you will likely be scaring Biff, Buffy Muffy. But I will have a drink with you. Sec 223 Row 1
BuffaTB Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 According to this, Butler is (somehow) on calgary's first D pairing: http://sports.yahoo.com/nhl/news;_ylt=AgfN2a7PQp1tHpEFvkq_9pdivLYF?slug=teamreports-2011-nhl-cgy So i would assume he is playing. 11gp, 0g, 3a, -2 so far.
LabattBlue Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 There are 5 players on this team I would hesitate to schtoop their girlfriend.....Regehr, Gerbe, McCormick, Gaustad, Weber. The other 15 would walk out of the room and leave a sandwich on the table for me.[/b] Funny and probably true!
apuszczalowski Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 No - it was Hasek's son. His last name is Nolan. i thought it was Nolan who had the son with the last name Hasek, if the rumors were true <_<
korab rules Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 i thought it was Nolan who had the son with the last name Hasek, if the rumors were true <_< Yeah, but try to make a joke out of that story and the picture posted earlier in the thread. We did the correct version of this joke with Hasek's daughter last year. stinky linky
darksabre Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 Yeah, but try to make a joke out of that story and the picture posted earlier in the thread. We did the correct version of this joke with Hasek's daughter last year. Is she legal yet?
korab rules Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 Is she legal yet? Jack? Is that you?
TheMatrix31 Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 I like Enroth starting tonight Ride the hot hand. I wouldnt want an angry goalie but I do think Miller "gets" it, that Enroth is kicking ass and that he needs to shape up. He had played well anyway, I think the whole Miller thing is overblown. Only been his last few games which have been bad, but lets face it---the entire team has played poorly in those games tool. Calgary's coming off a big win against a struggling Detroit team so let's hope that took something out of them.
87168 Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 I bet Enroth gets pulled tonight. Bet he doesn't.
kishoph Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 I'd like to see some scoring from someone other than the top 3, POMMERS and ROY are pointless in the last 6 games. Someone has to break open with some scoring.
darksabre Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 Bet he doesn't. I sure hope he doesn't, but this is setup to be a classic case of backup goalie letdown.
wjag Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 First five minutes have been a snooze.. No Sabres momentum yet.
james duncan Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 First five minutes have been a snooze.. No Sabres momentum yet. Calgary announcers just made a good comment--Sabres were down by 3 already by this time in their last game so they are probably happy with how it's gone. I agree.
BuffaloFansR_Crazy Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 I can only find a flames calls any links to MSG? ://My link
K-9 Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 I'd like to see some scoring from someone other than the top 3, POMMERS and ROY are pointless in the last 6 games. Someone has to break open with some scoring. Nice call. STAFF! GO SABRES!!!
wjag Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 Would be nice to see some of those blue line shots get through. Sabres must lead the league in having their point shots blocked.
james duncan Posted November 4, 2011 Report Posted November 4, 2011 Boyes is looking much more confident of late. No?
