Andrew Amerk Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 If you could ask Zack Kassian an interview question, what would you ask? I will be interviewing him soon, and know some of you might have some great questions...
RazielSabre Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 Is he aiming to continue the tradition of Sabres prospects winning Rookie of the year?
HopefulFuture Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 Is he aiming to continue the tradition of Sabres prospects winning Rookie of the year? Ummm.......I'm going to guess he would say yes to this one, but good question. My question to him would be the following: "What type of role does he see himself playing at the professional level? Power Forward, Sniper, Grinder, Playmaker?"
Eleven Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 Ummm.......I'm going to guess he would say yes to this one, but good question. My question to him would be the following: "What type of role does he see himself playing at the professional level? Power Forward, Sniper, Grinder, Playmaker?" excellent question.
Patty16 Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 Ummm.......I'm going to guess he would say yes to this one, but good question. My question to him would be the following: "What type of role does he see himself playing at the professional level? Power Forward, Sniper, Grinder, Playmaker?" I see him as the medium guy from Ice Hockey on Nintendo... a little bit of power and a little but of finesse.
Eleven Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 I see him as the medium guy from Ice Hockey on Nintendo... a little bit of power and a little but of finesse. Amerk--ask Kassian if he knows what a Nintendo is!
DumbPuck Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 What's your favorite Halloween candy?
LabattBlue Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 I thought you were supposed to be this bad ass physical hockey player. How is it possible that Lindy coached that trait out of you in one training camp? :o :D
korab rules Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 What's your favorite whisky/ey? Do you like movies about gladiators?
shrader Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 I see him as the medium guy from Ice Hockey on Nintendo... a little bit of power and a little but of finesse. So he's the guy that no one ever uses?
Weave Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 I'd ask him what that kid in the bar said/did to get Kass to pop him in the chops. But that's just me. Seriously though, I'd want some insight into what the organization wants him to work on and what they've talked about his game being.
shrader Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 I'd ask him what that kid in the bar said/did to get Kass to pop him in the chops. But that's just me. It had to have been over a girl. It always is.
LGR4GM Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 Boxers or briefs? Boxers. What is the most important trait/skill a hockey player can have? (Leadership, hard work, raw talent, vision etc.) and What does Kassian think his best hockey trait/skill is?
ROC Sabres Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 What is your favorite Harry Neale joke?
RazielSabre Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 Ummm.......I'm going to guess he would say yes to this one, but good question. My question to him would be the following: "What type of role does he see himself playing at the professional level? Power Forward, Sniper, Grinder, Playmaker?" Fair point, like your question though.
Ghost of Dwight Drane Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 While it is always a good thing to constantly learn, and you have to earn your stripes on the big club, do you think Lindy Ruff's system is too restrictive for a player with your natural talents and physical style? How much do you have to "think" out there instead of going on instincts and playing the game?
Robviously Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 Boxers or briefs? You really wanna spoil the surprise for yourself?
JKB1646 Posted November 2, 2011 Report Posted November 2, 2011 We all realize you’re a big strong physical player that can put the puck in the net. Please tell us your weaknesses and how you’re going to go about improving them to make this club because it’s pretty obvious that your strong traits alone aren't going to get you in the new glamorous locker for good.
Andrew Amerk Posted November 3, 2011 Author Report Posted November 3, 2011 I see him as the medium guy from Ice Hockey on Nintendo... a little bit of power and a little but of finesse. Thank you for that flashback.
Andrew Amerk Posted November 3, 2011 Author Report Posted November 3, 2011 Has he had a garbage plate yet? This was already on the list, haha
... Posted November 3, 2011 Report Posted November 3, 2011 I thought you were supposed to be this bad ass physical hockey player. How is it possible that Lindy coached that trait out of you in one training camp? :o :D /thread :clapping:

How is it possible that Lindy coached that trait out of you in one training camp? :o :D He is 2nd on the team in PIM (behind Finley), and 2nd in points (to Whitmore)...
