I'll stick to what I said about Vanek yesterday. Either he outgrows(a season or two) his tendency to float or he will become Lindy's new whipping boy and end up like Satan...a player with a ton of talent who refused to bring his "A" game on a consistent basis. Because of this Satan had his ups and downs with Ruff and eventually ended up with a one way ticket out of town.

at least Afingenov shows some character and grit.......how pumped was I seeing Max manhandle Savard after he cheapshot Vanek! Hopefully Vanek can take something from watching a "flashy" player get down to business!

Lots to learn here for Vanek, hope it sinks in and he gets bck to playing Lindy's system, or this could be trouble for the kid.
