LabattBlue Posted September 24, 2011 Report Posted September 24, 2011 Ehrhoff should be renamed Everywhere-hoff. Dude is doing everything out there. Including whiffing on a hip check leading to a goal. ;)
james duncan Posted September 24, 2011 Report Posted September 24, 2011 I am firmly in the Gaustad for captain camp. He continues to look great with Gerbe .
james duncan Posted September 24, 2011 Report Posted September 24, 2011 Including whiffing on a hip check leading to a goal. ;) Lot of his shots getting blocked tonite.
james duncan Posted September 24, 2011 Report Posted September 24, 2011 Gerbe and Ennis have been more physical than Kassian. Trying too hard to play a clean game?
TheMatrix31 Posted September 24, 2011 Report Posted September 24, 2011 Including whiffing on a hip check leading to a goal. ;) Bah, as I posted that LOL
thesportsbuff Posted September 24, 2011 Report Posted September 24, 2011 that was a nice goal by wayne rooney there
inkman Posted September 24, 2011 Report Posted September 24, 2011 Gerbe and Ennis have been more physical than Kassian. Trying too hard to play a clean game? He has to be the biggest disappointment this pre-season. Just nothin...
DumbPuck Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 He has to be the biggest disappointment this pre-season. Just nothin... I would be much more dissapointed if he had had a year or two in the AHL already and STILL looked like this.
Andrew Amerk Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 He has to be the biggest disappointment this pre-season. Just nothin... Foligno has looked good so far tonight.
LabattBlue Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 I would be much more dissapointed if he had had a year or two in the AHL already and STILL looked like this. Agree.
james duncan Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 I would be much more dissapointed if he had had a year or two in the AHL already and STILL looked like this. Yup. The game is too big for him right now. Foligno seems way ahead of him so far.
james duncan Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 Maybe I'm just more comfortable with him now or because it's only preseason, but Enroth's positioning looks 100% better than it did even when he was on that tear late last year. I think the kid is gonna be fine. Let's see how he does on this PK...
james duncan Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 Love the idea of Vanek on the penalty kill.
pegs4mayor Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 Sabres need a new skate sharpener
LabattBlue Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 Ennis looks good. IMO, best player on the ice for the Sabres tonight.
Iron Crotch Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 It may have been mentioned elsewhere, but why no advertising on the boards?
DumbPuck Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 Sabres need a new skate sharpener I agree... I've seen more sabres wipeout in these home games than I remember seeing in the past. They just need to get used to their new, 'dehumidified' ice? :-P
james duncan Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 Ennis looks good. IMO, best player on the ice for the Sabres tonight. He and Gerbe are 1 and 1A.
james duncan Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 I agree... I've seen more sabres wipeout in these home games than I remember seeing in the past. They just need to get used to their new, 'dehumidified' ice? :-P Damn those gold-plated blades courtesy of Pegula...
james duncan Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 I think Myers just finished a three minute shift...
DumbPuck Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 holy ###### ehrhoff's shot is nuts!
TheMatrix31 Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 Ehrhoff is sick. That goal song, however...is not.
DR HOLLIDAY Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 holy ###### ehrhoff's shot is nuts! And Myers on the other side, holy crap its Cannon city........ :clapping:
LabattBlue Posted September 25, 2011 Report Posted September 25, 2011 Adam is much more confident with the puck versus last season. Last year it was like he was playing with a hand grenade. Not sure if he makes the team, but he will definitely be the first forward call up, followed by IMO Tropp who has been really solid this preseason.
