I took the day mostly off (went in for about 2 hrs in the afternoon) and otherwise just ran errands that have been on hold for a while. I did not do Black Friday shopping. Blech.

 

The local ski resorts opened today, which is several weeks early for this area.

 

And best of all: it's payday!

Took one hydrocodone yesterday as a precaution after getting home from surgery, and after that wore off was pleasantly surprised to find I didn't need any more. Taking ibuprofin to help keep the swelling down, but glad to be off the stronger stuff.
