September weather has been fantastic in WNY. Summer weather and temps in the 80's with no rain. 

This will be my wife’s first winter in Buffalo. So far, the weather has been significantly better than she ever expected. This all has me fearing a significant lake effect storm late fall, but I’m optimistic about an easy winter for her sake.
