Weave Posted August 9, 2017 Author Report Posted August 9, 2017 My nephew Sawyer is down to Tybee from Atlanta and brought some sticks .... Some box pressed 5.5 x 55 Torano Salutem. A tasty stick. Unique flavor profile as it has some Cameroon in the the filler. It lends a nice dried fruit and lavender to the profile. You..... I want your palate for cigars. You talk cigar like I talk whiskey. 2ForTripping Posted August 9, 2017 Report Posted August 9, 2017 (edited) The Cameroon in the long filler is unique to the blend. Usually used as a wrapper this has a Habano wrapper. The Cameroon adds great subtle flavors...like I said dried fruit toward an apricot taste and slight lime tang. The lavender is oh so subtle but it adds a great flavor. The retrohale brings these flavors out greatly. I'm going to have to get a box or 5 to add to my humidors Edited August 9, 2017 by 2ForTripping Quote

2ForTripping Posted August 19, 2017 Report Posted August 19, 2017 A Macanudo Cru Royale and a Bloody Mary get this Saturday morning off to a good start. One of my brothers and his wife and kids are headed to Tybee from Atlanta for a visit. Quote
Night Train Posted August 15 Report Posted August 15 Ave Maria Immaculatta. Close to perfection IMO. Quote
MISabresFan Posted August 15 Report Posted August 15 Tough decisions...The cigar I first got hooked on was the Hoyo Exalibur size #1. Just an outstanding smooth smoke that does change as it burns down. I love that size for a consistent burn and the time it takes to smoke. Great for the golf course or when you are steelheading. Currently a big fan of the Undercrown series of smokes and of course who couldn't turn down a Padron. Quote
Night Train Posted August 15 Report Posted August 15 also, the Ave Maria Ark of the Covenant. Cigarbid can get you bargains when you get 2-3 purchases at the same time and pay 1 shipping cost. A good inexpensive Cameroon is the 5 Vegas Classic. Quote
