Someone mentioned it during the game.. First time i saw the video though.

 

Did he do that with a wrist shot?

 

As cool as that is, breaking the glass is just about hitting the right spot at the right angle, etc. Otherwise the 'big shots' (Chara, Myers(?), Warrener, etc.) would be breaking the glass all the time.

Hearing that clip with the Warrener shot has me missing the Lorenz - RJ broadcast combo. I wonder if the newest/best owner in sports could possibly lure him away from his fishing boat for a bit of a "victory lap"?

That's why I think it was deliberate, especially after a couple of other Sabres took a shot at it.

 

The comments on the vid imply that hitting the puck flat against the glass (picture a pancake hitting the glass face-on) is all that's needed; I'm not so sure about that, but I also don't really know. I've never tried to do it.

This was linked here during the series, but it was from a TSN feed from much higher up and not at ice level like this one. Nice. :thumbsup:

yeah that is definately not true but it would be awesome if it was.
