Randall Flagg Posted May 3, 2012 Report Posted May 3, 2012 I've seen this. Now where was it? I thought I did too. Quite recently, even.
darksabre Posted May 3, 2012 Report Posted May 3, 2012 http://intobolivian....2/04/seguin.png Amusing, in case people have not seen it It's fake.
darksabre Posted May 3, 2012 Report Posted May 3, 2012 I thought that was obvious. I know I've seen the original floating around but I'll be damned if I can find it.
shrader Posted May 3, 2012 Report Posted May 3, 2012 Bad week for russians in the NHL playoffs. Alexander Radulov and Andrei Kostitsyn let team down in Nashville. (or did they?) Kovy injured - team plays great. Ovechkin used like offensive specialist even though he wears the "C" . I don't know if it matters much, but the Kostitsyn's are from Belarus. But looking again, I'm guessing that's why you used italics for Radulov.
spndnchz Posted May 3, 2012 Author Report Posted May 3, 2012 I know I've seen the original floating around but I'll be damned if I can find it. http://deadspin.com/tyler-seguin-sign/

But looking again, I'm guessing that's why you used italics for Radulov. I don't know if it matters much either in the greater scheme, but just seemed like a bad week given there are only 5 regular Russian forwards left in the playoffs by my count. Ovechkin, Semin, Radulov, Kovulchuk, Anisimov.
Randall Flagg Posted May 3, 2012 Report Posted May 3, 2012  edit: Oh man, it's my 9k postiversary! :bag: I'll use my 800th to congratulate you!Or scold you for spending so much time on an Internet forum. :P
darksabre Posted May 3, 2012 Report Posted May 3, 2012 I'll use my 800th to congratulate you! Or scold you for spending so much time on an Internet forum. :P Haha I think it needs to be summer so I can get away from you creeps.
shrader Posted May 4, 2012 Report Posted May 4, 2012 I don't know if it matters much either in the greater scheme, but just seemed like a bad week given there are only 5 regular Russian forwards left in the playoffs by my count. Ovechkin, Semin, Radulov, Kovulchuk, Anisimov. And other than Anisimov, they've all had their issues in the playoffs, whether it's injury, reduced ice time, or suspension. More support to your earlier post about it being a rough go for the Russians.

thesportsbuff Posted May 6, 2012 Report Posted May 6, 2012 Sooo Patrick Kane got wasted yesterday, choked a chick, and got kicked out of a bar yesterday. Best tweet: You can take the kid out of Buffalo but you can't take Buffalo out of the kid.

deluca67 Posted May 6, 2012 Report Posted May 6, 2012 link? And getting drunk and disorderly isn't a Buffalo trait. It is in South Buffalo.
SabreFX Posted May 6, 2012 Report Posted May 6, 2012 This'll ruin many Buffalo hopefuls' days: Darren Dreger via Twitter "Expect Rick Dudley to be soon named asst gm of the Mtl Canadiens. Marc Bergevin and Leafs gm Brian Burke are in discussions." "Dudley's move is complicated as he's done extensive work on Draft for Tor. Leafs would prefer his start with Mtl be delayed to after Draft."

TrueBlueGED Posted May 6, 2012 Report Posted May 6, 2012 Thank you, Bucky Gleason, for this gem: http://www.buffalonews.com/sports/columns/bucky-gleason/article843909.ece McGuire is the best sideline reporter in TV with his informative, no-nonsense approach. Seriously...first he suggests McGuire should be Sabres' GM, then he says he's the best sideline reporter on TV, in any sport! Do these guys have a summer home together in Connecticut?
Fire Lindy Ruff NOW Posted May 7, 2012 Report Posted May 7, 2012 its definately a buffalo trait, like the city of buffalo. doesnt count if you live in some suburb and say your from buffalo....
thesportsbuff Posted May 7, 2012 Report Posted May 7, 2012 link? And getting drunk and disorderly isn't a Buffalo trait. Couldn't find a link to anything about choking a girl (so maybe those tweets were just rumors), but here are some pictures from his weekend: http://novashark.tum...ne-because-yolo https://p.twimg.com/...AF3Ii.jpg:large http://instagr.am/p/KRueOhQN1v/
