Still can't access my PM

I'm getting an error that says I "don't have permission to use this feature." I'm logged in, and I have a PM waiting for me, but I can't access it.

 

I've checked the help section, but to no avail. I made a similar request yesterday, but haven't yet heard/seen anything, and the problem persists. Any help you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks!

I don't know why yours was turned off. It claimed you had the ability to turn it back on, but I couldn't find that setting. I turned it on.
