dEnnis the Menace Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 Darcy said in an interview that all but Mancari had been qualified, but a poster on here listed some other second-tier prospects that apparently weren't tendered either. Forgot their names, sorry. It would be interesting to know where they all stand. Think any of them garner an offer sheet?
PromoTheRobot Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 Here's an idea from left field...Could the Sabres offer a trade for Vincent Lecavalier? He has 9 years left on an $85M extension. We could send them Derek Roy. PTR

dEnnis the Menace Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 Would that be a gain? Especially considering cap hit. I was thinking the same thing. There really isn't much of a gain there.
spndnchz Posted July 1, 2011 Author Report Posted July 1, 2011 Wisniewski signs with Columbus, looks like 6 yrs 33 mill.
spndnchz Posted July 1, 2011 Author Report Posted July 1, 2011 GMillerTSN Gord Miller by TGfireandice Patrick Eaves signs a 3 year extension with Detroit 1.2 million hit.

frissonic Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 here we go, everyone. love it or whatever ... game time is officially upon us. WHOOOO!!!!!!!
spndnchz Posted July 1, 2011 Author Report Posted July 1, 2011 What's his cap hit compared to Roy though?! 7.7 compared to Roy's 4.
dEnnis the Menace Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 7.7 compared to Roy's 4. yeah, I'll keep Roy thank you...
korab rules Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 What's his cap hit compared to Roy though?! TB would make that deal in a heartbeat. They are trying to figure out a way to get out from under that albatross of a contract. At this point in their careers, with no contract issues to consider, I don't know that I would trade Roy for LaCavalier straight up.
dEnnis the Menace Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 Tyler Kennedy signs with PIT- TSN any idea on the terms they finally agreed to? I have to leave in 15 for my performance review...hopefully I don't miss much over the next couple hours
spndnchz Posted July 1, 2011 Author Report Posted July 1, 2011 Tyler Kennedy 2 years, 2 million per with Pens.

bunomatic Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/feature/?id=25880 I don't know how I missed that but I love the handle
LGR4GM Posted July 1, 2011 Report Posted July 1, 2011 Damn. hes old and doesnt do a lot, i like Goose better. We need a 1/2 center more so I am ok with this. Might mean that Philly is less in on Richards as well.
spndnchz Posted July 1, 2011 Author Report Posted July 1, 2011 Drew Miller re-signs in Detroit. 825,000 per for 2 years.
