Seriously, we need player development people to help the team learn new skills in order to get to the next level. He's a local guy too, so that's great.

Frankly the Sabres would do well to adopt some of the Bills customer service practices. Despite what we think of the team, they know how to take care of season ticket holders. I hope Ted Black takes some of my suggestions to heart. PTR

Two or less Posted May 7, 2011 Report Posted May 7, 2011 The guy must have loads of connections with corporate people all over Southern Ontario and Western NY and that is what he will do. Sell suites and corporate events at HSBC Arena for games. Smart move by Pegula because it will give him some extra sponsorship dollars in his pocket, but as fans, we won't see any changes.

I definitely welcome his arrival, the man in charge of the business division won't have anything to do with how the team performs on the ice. As far as I'm concerned, the Bills front office is the best in the league, considering how well they do in attendance despite the product they put on the field.
