dEnnis the Menace Posted March 31, 2011 Report Posted March 31, 2011 That's a nice writeup on the Gerbel. He's definitely changed my mind on him the past month or so.
spndnchz Posted March 31, 2011 Report Posted March 31, 2011 His head in that pic looks about as big as Mancari's left ass cheek. Tenacious G!
Stormin Norman Posted March 31, 2011 Report Posted March 31, 2011 He's got a nice solid center of gravity and isn't afraid to mix it up with bigger bodies (which means everyone else). The competitive drive is there, no doubt!
SwampD Posted March 31, 2011 Report Posted March 31, 2011 If you see me in the news, you'll know why.
Stoner Posted March 31, 2011 Report Posted March 31, 2011 If you see me in the news, you'll know why. The shooter is known only as SwampD, a bit of a loner described by neighbors as "quiet" and "keeping to himself."
Stoner Posted March 31, 2011 Report Posted March 31, 2011 His head in that pic looks about as big as Mancari's left ass cheek. Tenacious G! Now that Mancari's nether region has been brought into the discussion, I believe I can legally mention that, man, he adjusts his junk a lot on the bench.
carpandean Posted March 31, 2011 Report Posted March 31, 2011 bigger bodies (which means everyone else). Not entirely true, which is one reason that he is doing fine. While he may be the shortest player in the NHL, he is not nearly the lightest. For example, Ennis is much skinnier than Gerbe is and only a little taller. I equate Nate with a Bulldog; they may be short, but they are solid. He uses his low center of gravity, combined with his strength/mass, quite effectively.
nfreeman Posted March 31, 2011 Report Posted March 31, 2011 Now that Mancari's nether region has been brought into the discussion, I believe I can legally mention that, man, he adjusts his junk a lot on the bench. Oh dear.
K-9 Posted April 1, 2011 Report Posted April 1, 2011 Now that Mancari's nether region has been brought into the discussion, I believe I can legally mention that, man, he adjusts his junk a lot on the bench. Oh no you di-int. GO SABRES!!!
carpandean Posted April 1, 2011 Report Posted April 1, 2011 Oh no you di-int. I've always preferred the double contraction: di'n't.
Stoner Posted April 1, 2011 Report Posted April 1, 2011 Wordsmiths -- is diminutive even an appropriate word choice? Very small, tiny, miniature?
X. Benedict Posted April 1, 2011 Report Posted April 1, 2011 Wordsmiths -- is diminutive even an appropriate word choice? Very small, tiny, miniature? A diminutive is also taking a root word and attatching a suffix to show intimacy or affection...the italians do it all the time. Linguisically......Hockey culture is famous for the diminutive... Millsy, Greirzy , Royzy, Enzo.......formerly Mairzy,....although the Sabres have gravitated toward the non-diminutive abbreviated name recently.... Staff, Leo, Gaus, Gerbs, Van...
wjag Posted April 1, 2011 Report Posted April 1, 2011 Now that Mancari's nether region has been brought into the discussion, I believe I can legally mention that, man, he adjusts his junk a lot on the bench. LOL... man we need a game bad..
korab rules Posted April 2, 2011 Report Posted April 2, 2011 Gerber baby hasn't scored in a couple games - can we take "C" off his chest and go back to thinking he sucks now?
