damn canes won

Tampa was badly outplayed in this one. I don't see how they can compete tomorrow night.

So I haven't seen the post yet but I'm sure it will come. To the person that complains about Miller letting in the shot over the blocker side with about 4 seconds left in the game when everyone knew that the game is over other than the guy that scored... (who likes run on sentences) Eat a d!ck.

Nice win boys.

Good game for Staff and Miller made the saves WHEN HE NEEDED TO.

 :nana:

Steer d!ck is actually really good

WE REACHED THE DELUCA .500 MARK!!! First time since Oct. 9 (game 2 of the regular season)! Tomorrow is our chance to go above it for the first time since Oct. 8 (game 1).

So who do you think plays tomorrow? Miller? Enroth? LaLame? Has it already been decided?

I think it's Enroth tomorrow.

Does your mother know you eat d!ck??? :nana:

All kidding aside. I really think it's funny how Buffalo isn't regarded at all in the NHL, or at least by the web admins. NHL.com shows the canes as inching closer to 8th place.

I don't know specifically when it was updated on NHL.com but when buffalo wins, Canes don't move anywhere other than closer to being eliminated from the playoffs.

I say tomorrow is MILLER TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really? Or maybe he's too tired? He did, after all, let in that shot over the blocker side with about 4 seconds left in the game...

that's just mean. You leave a sarcastic remark like that and I can't even do anything about it.

How dare you Sir! I challenge you to a duel!!!!

Well we all know Patty Lame is never playing another game in the NHL. Miller had 2 days off before this and has only given up 2 (sort of) goals in the past 2 games, so I'm gonna guess Lindy sticks with the guy getting paid to play vs the kid who has had to sit for a while.

...plus, you know, the whole trying to make playoffs thing. i wouldn't play my back up in a game this important, where we can essentially put a dagger in the Devils with a win. i don't know that many coaches would.

But one could argue the Toronto game is just as important, and the Rangers game, definitely is. I personally can't wait for Wednesday night. The two hottest teams in the East fighting for the 7th seed.

I'm happy they survived that first period. I don't know what the hell was going on, but everyone seemed to be shaky in the Sabres zone that period. Bad ice? Getting back in the groove? The second was better, you could see them wake up. The third was the best - a fun-to-watch period like a lot of the recent games.

Ennis had a good game, and I was actually hoping Vanek would have taken on that pest, perhaps exorcising his demon.

Stafford was interesting - do I buy the "it takes time to get my legs going after the injury I had"? Maybe, he definitely had better positioning tonight.

I hope Enroth plays tomorrow, that's all I have to say.

Damn, this team is playing sharp lately! Anybody else think Ennis has been the Sabres' best player for the second half of the season?

He and Weber have been my personal favorites among the "rookies", so I have no problem agreeing with that. I'm not one for names on jerseys, but I have been considering an Ennis jersey for a while now.

Anyone else take a look at the TOI for tonight and been struck by the relative balance across the board (obviously there are a few exceptions among the D)? That's rather disciplined.
