Knightrider Posted March 15, 2006 Report Posted March 15, 2006 I didn't notice him come back after the hit. Brad Riter said that he wanted to go back in, but he ended up going back to the locker room for more tests. He's probably OK, but in some pain.
BuffalOhio Posted March 15, 2006 Report Posted March 15, 2006 Brad Riter said that he wanted to go back in, but he ended up going back to the locker room for more tests. He's probably OK, but in some pain. I was at the game. He came out to skate during a TV timeout, sat down next to the trainer for a few minutes, then went into the locker room. I'm guessing he just tweaked his knee (I've had many knee injuries, so I know what it's like); perhaps it bent a little further than it was ready to go, which really hurts. He looked fine when he came back out to skate. My guess is that he just went in to ice it to keep any swelling down as much as possible. Ice is key in that situation. Let's hope for the best. In my opinion it's not too bad.
