LabattBlue Posted February 22, 2011 Report Posted February 22, 2011 As I was at two games last week, it got me thinking, could they have done any LESS to celebrate the 40th anniversary? Other than the opening video that I have been watching all season and a 40th jersey(what a surprise...$$$$), where is the celebration? Giveaways? Interviews with former players talking about their time as Sabres? Anything? I am so glad that Pegula is taking over, and hopefully never have to think again that EVERYTHING being done behind the scenes is done(or not done) with money being consideration #1. PS Here is one team celebrating their 40th that seems to get it... http://canucks.nhl.com/club/news.htm?id=539799
bills_fan_in_raleigh Posted February 22, 2011 Report Posted February 22, 2011 Like i said in another thread a new entertainment director needs to be hired. Its amazing how little parading of all of the key players over the 40 years hasnt been done.
