I know the game has sucked so far but, damn, what is wrong with our building?? I've been trying to figure that out for the past 2-3 seasons. The easy excuse is "it is a reflection of their play." I think they need to lower the cost of booze

I think they need to lower the cost of booze   Could very well be the problem. I'm usually a pretty calm and collected dude, so I won't be the guy to get up and start a chant, or be the only guy in my section going nuts... unless I'm drunk. But $10 for a beer? Please. Good thing I'm not 21 yet and am obliged to get drunk PRIOR to games and not during.
87168 Posted February 19, 2011 Report Posted February 19, 2011 There is nothing wrong with giving fans in another city the respect they deserve. Did I insult St. Louis? Like I said calm down. But I will defend Sabres fans from anyone that tries to say we lack enthusiasm.
deluca67 Posted February 19, 2011 Report Posted February 19, 2011 Did I insult St. Louis? Like I said calm down. But I will defend Sabres fans from anyone that tries to say we lack enthusiasm. You did. You don't need to try and put other fans down to try and prop Sabres fans up.
87168 Posted February 19, 2011 Report Posted February 19, 2011 You did. You don't need to try and put other fans down to try and prop Sabres fans up. I did? really? you have some pretty thin skin there buddy. Please move on.

Plus if you are a true alcoholic it is pretty easy to sneak a flask in. It's really just HSBC is more of a "family friendly" atmosphere than say Montreal of Philly.
