inkman Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 Does the full version allow posters to actually see who the Sabres are playing?
SwampD Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 Does the full version allow posters to actually see who the Sabres are playing? Yes. It's the Oilers. I'm not sure if I have any desire whatsoever to watch this game.
bob_sauve28 Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 Yes. It's the Oilers. I'm not sure if I have any desire whatsoever to watch this game. Not going to watch the first game of a 13 game winning streak that catapults us into the thick of the playoff race? Come on man!
TheMadCap Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 meh, I think I'll just check the scor update instead. Should be fun...
SwampD Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 Not going to watch the first game of a 13 game winning streak that catapults us into the thick of the playoff race? Come on man! Oh, I'm going to watch,.. I just really don't want to.
thesportsbuff Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 I think Sunday Night Football is on. I'll probably watch that. Big game.
bunomatic Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 Today is the first day of the rest of my life Today is the first day of the rest of my life Today is the first day of the rest of my life...
carpandean Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 I'll watch ... I'm a sucker that way ... but my attention will only last so long.
Two or less Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 Thankfully i'll miss most of it since i'll be at the US game, i'll go down to Irish times to catch the rest but i don't expect miracles. Edmonton has it's own issues but their speed will kill us.
Weave Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 Thankfully i'll miss most of it since i'll be at the US game, i'll go down to Irish times to catch the rest but i don't expect miracles. Edmonton has it's own issues but their speed will kill us. Without Roy or Myers in the lineup last night's team looked really slow. Neidermayer makes Vanek look speedy. And Morissonn sure can't skate like Myers can. Tonight could get ugly to watch. I'll be at the Canada-Czech Republic game so I'll be home in time to watch the Sabres game. But if it goes anything like last night went, I get distracted early and, although the game will be on the tube, I doubt I'll be paying attention. I suppose I could hope for frustrations to boil over and maybe get to see a nasty game, but I'm not hopeful for that kind of entertainment either.
wonderbread Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 I secretly hope they win but I will come out and say I hope they lose so that heads will roll.
spndnchz Posted December 28, 2010 Author Report Posted December 28, 2010 Does the full version allow posters to actually see who the Sabres are playing? Never knew that. Should be fixed. Maybe just "GDT Sabres at Oilers"? Would everyone understand what GDT meant? It all needs to fit in the top line.
Stoner Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 Any chance at all it's a Lalime night? Miller seems frazzled and burned out, even after some good rest. His head is pecking around after goals like Dom after chicken feed. He's gesturing, barking at the ref. I really don't know what Ruff has to lose right now. Oh yeah, Vanek 14:00 of ice time last night, with your leading scorer out and the team begging for goals. Whether you blame Ruff or Vanek or both, the situation is just nuts.

Yes to all of the above this team is garbage right now.

Ruff and Regier have "no fire" contracts! If Golasano isn't going to sell the team he should at least pretend to care about how it does and bring in new leadership, but that just doesn't seem to be in the cards
Realist Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 This team is like a car accident right now, don't want to watch but can't help yourself. So of course, I'll be watching.
Thedefeated Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 Makes me glad I'm camping in death valley, not television in sight.
Weave Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 Makes me glad I'm camping in death valley, not television in sight. No TV but apparently you've got a 3g network, eh? Talk about roughing it !! LOL
itbeatswalking Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 As soon as this game gets out of hand, I'll be switching over to EA Sports NHL 11 where my virtual Sabres have the same uniforms and names but a much upgraded work ethic and the will to win. It's time to disconnect from the realities of this season. :wallbash:
darksabre Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 There are 10 players on that team born after January 1st, 1987. 10 players that are 23 or under. That's a team that has decided to give it's young players a chance. I think that youth beats us easily tonight.
R_Dudley Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 I'll watch ... I'm a sucker that way ... but my attention will only last so long. QFT and exactly how I feel about it. I think that youth beats us easily tonight. Yeah It would be nice to see Sabres young players getting a chance to learn how to play in the NHL since a lot of veterans don't appear to know how.

Miller's not burned out, he just doesn't care any more............. just like the rest of the team. Play Patty, if they win play him again against Boston.
Sabre Dance Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 Tonight it's American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior on DVR. I fell asleep watching last night's debacle (fortunately). :wallbash: Paging Mr. Pegula....your fans are waiting!
