First game I am not watched at least some of in a few years (that was televised). I flipped over from Frosty the Snowman during commercial and never went back....Now if I did not have kids, that would REALLY be sad. Watching Frosty melt was most likely more exciting than this one.....Don't know how Connolly played but if he did not show up, PLEASE bench him and bring Adam up - PLEASE

Connolly was non-existent except for a garbage power play goal he was in the right spot for. At least Adam works hard and consistently gives you effort. Timmy has been driving me nuts for years.

Same old tin man, beating the puck square. PLEASE bring back Adam.

Our captain wouldnt fix the music problem, he'd just get out his Lawrence Welk LP's.

I guarantee there are plenty of guys on that team that hate that s**t. But it's a good reflection of what's wrong with this team. Too many pus**** and no one willing to step up and take control of the team. Maybe this is what happens when your Captain is sitting in the press box.

wow i didnt know that if you liked a ceratin type of music, it automatically makes you a ######. tell me how that makes sense?

Really? It doesn't? Taste in music aren't a direct reflection of the kind of person you are? Sorry if you grew up in the 80's listening to the King of Pop, instead of what was really going on.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever read.

I listen to Slayer, Rob Zombie, Iron Maiden, Taylor Swift, The Offspring, Johnny Cash, Montgomery Gentry, The Four Tops, Rammstein, Lacuna Coil, Disturbed, Tyr, Dragonforce, Ke$sha, John Williams, Stan Getz, The Tragically Hip, Lady Gaga, Sepultura, and Toto. What does that make me?

Taylor Swift? Lady Gaga? It makes you a guy that grew up in the early to mid 80's, has a girl that makes him listen to the radio. I love Johnny Cash, Iron Maiden, and Tragically Hip

Man am I glad I decided to go hit a bar and listen to a band. I was watching the big screen for awhile but as soon as it became obvious that the Sabres were mailing this one in I was able to chill and enjoy the tunes.

I would be one pissed off sumbitch if I were a season ticket holder right about now.

Judging by that list he''s younger than that.

I know this doesn't belong in the GDT but i want to keep it going. What bar and what band?

LOL

It's a little hick bar in Genesee County called the Stumblin Inn and the band was really a duo with a couple guest musicians for a few songs that played an eclectic mix of accoustic rock. Nothing to write home about but it sure beat watching that garbage on the ice. And the beer was cheap and cold, so I had that goin' for me.

because listening to music has nothing to do with how strong you are.

That's just dumb. And now I'm going to give away how old I am. Listen to some TooL or Panteria well you are working out vs listening to MJ or Lady Gaga and I guarantee you can push out a few more reps.

Can someone tell me the justification for the charging call on Kaleta in the 2nd period? From my barstool it sure looked like a clean hit.

And WTF was with the no calls on all the crosschecks Kaleta was on the recieving end of? What the hell did that kid do to get the blind eye turned to him with so much frequency?

bull sh. music has nothin to do with how strong you are. i can do as many reps as my freakin body allows me to do. maybe certain music will get me more pumped, but it has nothing to do with strength.

Where are all the positive posters now. Every time this team wins somebody says' where are all the negative posters now?' Drives me nuts. The team we saw tonight was worse than the team we saw in the playoffs last year. Granted Miller didn't have a very memorable night but we still have a backup who can't win a game and we still have the usual suspects in the top 6. Scotts brother does nothing to improve this team and he was one of Regiers big pickups. And our captain has been benched for multiple games. After that debacle tonight Ruff better have kicked over a few trash cans and had a closed door meeting. This season is basically winding down for the sabres and their fans and Regier still won't at least tinker with his club. Do something Darcy. Show us you have a pulse.

Well he has earned a reputation. A lot of people were talking about the penalty he drew in the Boston game when he just leveled a guy before the puck got there and they retaliated. He is like the Joey Harrington of the NHL. Garbage Officiating.
